  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>General Overview of Role</strong></p><p>* To provide leadership in psychiatry in outpatient services within the Hub region and to extend support and advice within the wider charity.</p><p>* To contribute to clinical leadership and deliver psychiatric expertise to the Hub with responsibility to assess, diagnose and recommend treatment of veterans.</p><p>* To be clinically responsible, with the senior psychologist and other professionals, for management of the care of veterans within the Hub.</p><p>* The post holder will also be expected to advise the Head of Operations/ Deputy Head of Operations on clinical matters, provide psychiatric leadership, and contribute to the development of interdisciplinary team working on a day-to-day basis in order to meet the clinical needs of the veterans referred.</p><p>* To support the service development via the provision of psychiatric and medical expert advice.

  <p>The CYP Eating Disorders Day Hospital Service is currently mobilising. This specialist provision delivers intensive, evidence-based care to children &amp; young people experiencing moderate to severe eating disorders. This innovative service aims to bridge the gap between inpatient and community care, offering a safe and structured alternative to Tier 4 admission &amp; facilitating earlier discharge from hospital settings.</p> <p>Operating through a MDT working collaboratively to provide holistic, person-centred care, each professional brings their expertise to support physical health monitoring, nutritional rehabilitation, psychosocial interventions &amp; occupational engagement, all tailored to the unique needs of each young person &amp; their family.</p> <ul>  <li><strong>In-reach and Outreach support</strong> to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions &amp; reduce relapse.</li>  <li><strong>Intensive day hospital interventions</strong> focused on recovery, risk management, &amp; re-engagement with daily life.</li>  <li><strong>Meal support and psychoeducation</strong> for young people &amp; their families, promoting sustainable recovery at home.</li>  <li><strong>Multidisciplinary care planning and supervision</strong>, ensuring continuity &amp; quality of care across settings.</li>  <li><strong>Training and consultation</strong> to professionals and carers, enhancing system-wide understanding and support for eating disorders. </li> </ul>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
