Job description – EAP Helpline CounsellorLocationHybrid – Working 3 days in Warrington Head Office, 2 days remote working.Main Purpose of the roleWe provide a 24/7 confidential mental health and wellbeing support service to our client’s employees nationwide. Individuals can call our helpline to speak to a qualified counsellor about issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, debt advice and family issues. You will work from the office and from home on the EAP helpline answering inbound calls and live chats to support employees and managers, providing support, psychoeducation and signposting to external agencies were appropriate. Place2Be offers a variety of counselling trainings and qualifying courses to help build a mental health work force that can support children and young people.&nbsp;
Working as part of the Place2Be Postgraduate Diploma Tutor team, the post-holder will deliver and develop our very successful Post Graduate Diploma programme which is accredited by BACP and run in partnership with the University of East London.&nbsp;
