
Drug & Alcohol Collector/ Client Services Support
Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional looking to make a real difference in the healthcare sector? PAM OH Solutions Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Drug and Alcohol Collection Officer including Client Services Coordinator support.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities
Conduct all drug & alcohol testing in line with PAM protocols & procedures. Undertake drug testing service through both oral fluid and urine testing. Undertake alcohol screening – intoximeter. Ensure testing facilities meet PAM’s standard. To assist in health promotion activities. Ensure that all documentation is uploaded to OHIO in the relevant areas. Store all data in line with Data Protection Principles. Maintaining confidentiality at all times. Ensuring KPI’s are met. Ensuring consistency of service delivery. Monitoring OHIO compliance to ensure that all information is correct and completed. Ensuring an excellent customer experience. Keep working practices in line with company accreditations including ISO 9001, 27001, SEQHOS and IIP. Ensure all medical equipment is calibrated and safety tested. Providing support to new team members & the wider OH team.
Client services support-
Delivering outstanding service to both internal teams and external clients
Booking client referrals and managing appointments within agreed KPIs
Handling incoming emails and coordinating responses across departments
Planning clinician schedules and monitoring diary availability
Supporting the clinic team with day-to-day operations
Welcoming clients and providing a professional front-of-house experience
Assisting the clinical team with administrative tasks and coordination
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Drug and Alcohol Testing-The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivering similar services. Competent at managing employee & client communication. Highly organized and process driven individual. Ability to liaise with other departments and colleagues to achieve results. Results orientated and customer focused. IT Literacy. Effective Communications skills. Good organization skills the ability to work to deadlines & prioritize. The ability and commitment to desire to be part of a team that seeks to provide the highest levels in a professional services business. Understanding of Confidentiality
Client Services Support-
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within Occupational Health or healthcare settings
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Confidence handling data, managing systems, and producing reports
A collaborative approach and the ability to work well in a team
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
