  <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours/week) band 5 Lived Experience Practitioner and Trainer, to join our Psychologically Informed Consultation and Training (PICT) team. This team sits within the Intensive Management of Personality Disorder and Clinical Therapies Team (IMPACTT).</p>
<p>The role of PICT is to support Berkshire Healthcare staff and partner organisations who work with clients that may meet criteria for the diagnosis of 'personality disorder'. We are a team of Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Lived Experience Practitioners (people who have their own experiences of accessing services for personality disorder and living with this diagnosis). </p>
<p>The PICT approach is to consult with the staff, individuals or teams, rather than working directly with the person using services. We offer consultation, training and support to community and inpatient settings, and to Primary Care Networks across Berkshire.</p>
<p>The post holder will bring lived experience and knowledge of personality disorder/difficulties to support the delivery of consultation and training, focusing on the upskilling of a wide range of professionals and teams, helping them to understand and work with compassion and confidence with people with difficulties that may be associated with the diagnosis of 'personality disorder'. </p>
<p>You will work closely and collaboratively with PICT colleagues to ensure a co-produced approach. You will have regular supervision and support in this role. </p>

  <p>Your main base will be at Erlegh House, Reading, whilst also having an option to work from home when appropriate.   <p>We are looking for two enthusiastic Senior Paediatric Audiologists to join ourexpanding team in Hounslow. There is one full time role (37.5 hours) and one parttime role (30 hours) available.You will work as an autonomous practitioner in the assessment, diagnosis,treatment and evaluation of a diverse caseload.Your role will require you to carry out a range of comprehensive audiologicalassessments and provide habilitation to our paediatric population including thosewith complex needs.You will need to have experience in working in a paediatric setting and beregistered with the Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS).We have a number of sites across Hounslow that you will be expected to workfrom;- Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health- Feltham Centre for Health- Chiswick Health CentreWe are an IQIPS accredited Community Paediatric Audiology Service.   <p>We are delighted to share a rare and exciting opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team in a brand new role at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Due to expansion and improvement of the Acute Medical Unit (AMU), we are seeking to recruit a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to be joint team lead for the acute team, and to clinically lead on delivery of the service to AMU.</p> <p>The postholder will share responsibility for leading the acute team of band 5 and 6 SLTs and a band 4 assistant alongside the other band 7 team lead, and will have access to CPD, supervision, peer support and internal and external training opportunities to develop and enhance their leadership skills.</p> <p>The successful candidate will carry a caseload of patients on AMU, including patients with and without tracheostomies, and those receiving non-invasive ventilation.
