This amazing school are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join them starting ASAP!

The role as a Mental Health Support Worker:

Your role as a Mental Health Support Worker will involve supporting the class teacher with general class duties and be involved in helping prepare lesson materials. You will also support the students with their general work load as well as with their intervention plans designed to support their mental health needs. This will look like providing 1:1 support, encouraging emotions regulation and assisting during lessons.

Your work supporting as a mental health support worker will involve supporting the students with their mental health, helping them to process and understand their emotions. You may provide support in small groups or 1 to 1. You will work alongside the class teacher to create a safe and engaging learning environment where students can flourish and meet all their goals.
