  <p>We are currently recruiting for exciting opportunities to join Turning Point and be part of our highly successful and innovative Talking Therapies service.</p><p>Total Wellbeing Luton is an integrated Talking Therapies service combining healthy lifestyles and emotional health programmes provided in partnership with Active Luton and we are looking for a qualified High Intensity CBT Team Leader / Step 3 team Leader to join the team.</p><p>The service in Luton provides person-centered, holistic and accessible wellbeing services which are flexible and creative, easy to access and navigate and responsive to the needs of local people. The service contributes to tackling inequalities in health through promoting and supporting people to develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of their own local communities.</p><p>As well as supporting the community with improving their physical and emotional heath, we also prioritise our staff wellbeing.   <p>You will join our team in Luton, working in and around the district, where we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies. Alongside vast experience of working within Mental Health, you will also have experience of leading and managing teams with a proven ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and working relationships with your colleagues.</p><p>You will also manage your own caseload and inspire your team to meet both service and individual targets, having an IAPT Supervision Course under your belt would be helpful too, but not essential.</p><p>In addition to talking therapies, we offer healthy lifestyle programmes including NHS stop smoking, health checks, and exercise on referral, social prescription, weight management and support with physical activity for people with long term health conditions.</p>

  <p>To provide a qualified specialist psychological therapy service to clients in the modality of Counselling for Depression. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, within one or more psychological therapy models specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.</p>
<p>It will involve supervision of other colleagues as appropriate.</p>

Senior Counsellor (CfD - Counselling for Depression) 

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for 1 committed practitioner who would like to further their studies to train with South West CYP IAPT. We are offering three places to study place on their CBT for Depression and Anxiety programme (PGDIP). It is aimed at staff who work with a range of presentations in their daily practice and would equip you with a BABCP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma. The training is fully funded and we would anticipate you being offered a substantive contract with community CAMHS on successful completion.</p>
<p>The course runs for one year, between January and December. This training course is funded by HEE, you would be studying at the University of Exeter 2 days a week and working in a children's mental health service 2-3 days per week.</p>
<p>'<strong>KSA</strong>' stands for 'Knowledge Skills and Attitude' and involves completing a portfolio throughout the year to show how your current skills match the level necessary for a core profession. To be eligible for the KSA route you would need to have a minimum of 2 years' relevant full-time equivalent therapeutic experience in a mental health setting. <p>This is a training role within the Child and Young Persons Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Programme (CYP-IAPT). The post-holder will work within Cornwall CAMHS service at Cornwall Partnership Trust, providing interventions whilst undertaking a programme of training for this role at the University of Exeter.</p>
<p>This intensive training post will equip the post holder to provide interventions based on CYP-IAPT core principles and an evidence based intervention consistent with their training course. The post- holder would be expected to attend and fulfil all the requirements of the training element of the post and continue to work within the CAMHS service on qualification.</p>
<p>Graduates of any other HEE funded course need to be 2 years post graduation to be eligible to apply.</p>
<p>The course is suitable for anyone who already has a foundation in CBT skills. You would need to have:</p>
<p>Level 6 qualification, and a core profession recognised by BABCP.</p>
<p>OR</p>
<p>Eligibility to complete the course via the KSA route. Level 6 qualification is usually an undergraduate degree or equivalent.</p>
