  <p>Warrington &amp; Halton Cardiac Rehab Team have maintained BACPR/NACR Green status for a number of years. We are part of the North West Cardiac Rehab Network, sharing best practice and training opportunities.</p>
<p>We see patients with varied diagnosis: MI, PCI, CABG, Valve surgery, Heart Failure, Heart Transplant, across two venues in Warrington and Halton. With a patient centred approach, helping them to achieve their goals. This could be to simply improve their breathlessness doing ADLs, right through to running a 150mile race...</p>
<p>We pride ourselves in leading by example and the team actively look to improve the service, through service developments and service improvements.</p>
<p>The role of the OT in the team, will be to bring their specialist skills to the MDT team, supporting patients through their Cardiac Rehab journey at numerous points.</p>

  <p>You will be working as part of a small but highly specialist team, in an outpatient setting, in our hospital and community venues.</p>
<p>Using your specialist skills to support patients recovery after their Cardiac diagnosis or treatment.</p>
<p>The OT role is to mainly support our patients from a Psychosocial aspect, helping patients with their Mental Health, the post holder will ideally have experience of supporting patients mental health or be willing to undertake CPD to gain the relevant competencies.</p>

We provide clinical services to the pan Black Country population of adults with learning disabilities, continually evolving in line with the Transforming Care Programme.</p>  <p>As an Applied Psychologist or Psychological Therapist based with the Wolverhampton Community Learning Disability Team you will work alongside an experienced MDT and supportive psychology colleagues to deliver high quality, person centred and evidence based services with the aim of achieving positive life outcomes for individuals.</p>  <p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated clinician who ideally has experience in working with adults with a learning disability. The successful candidate for this varied and dynamic role will be delivering 1:1 assessments and interventions for individuals with learning disabilities. In addition, you will be leading on the development, coordination and delivery of a programme of CBT informed group psychological intervention to Black Country citizen's accessing learning disability services.   <p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a relatively new team on a fixed term basis. The Therapeutic Interventions for Distressing unusual Experiences Service (TIDES) is a team working therapeutically with young people across Norfolk &amp; Waveney which aims to help young people at risk of developing psychosis who are experiencing an at-risk mental state.</p> <p>Your choice of base could be Norwich, Great Yarmouth, or King's Lynn. However you would be expected to work flexibly between bases in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn, and home.</p> <p>We are accepting those with core professions from: mental health nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers. (You will require an up-to date registration).</p> <p>We are a supported team currently made up of clinical psychology, systemic family therapy, cognitive behavioural therapists, mental health practitioners, support workers and a vocational worker, all of whom are from a variety of professional backgrounds. Our team will be offering young people evidence-based interventions such as psychoeducational work, individual CBT and family therapeutic work aimed at helping our young people and their families to manage their unusual experiences. TIDES practitioners work with small manageable caseloads and hold an integrated approach to the care we provide.</p> <p>Phone calls, teams calls or visits to meet the team and manager are welcomed and encouraged. </p>

  <p>We're looking for enthusiastic Senior Psychological Therapists or Psychologists to join our Pain Management team as part of an integrated multidisciplinary service.</p>
<p>The main base for this role will be Southend Hospital, but you will also work at one of our other sites within MSE -- most likely Orsett or Basildon Hospital. The Pain Service operates across all MSE locations, including Broomfield, Southend, Basildon, and Orsett.</p>
<p>The team works with complex mental health patients with complex Pain Management issues.</p>
<p>You'll provide specialist psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions. We're looking for candidates with skills in CBT and/or ACT, and experience in running both group and one-to-one sessions.</p>
<p>You should be committed to teamwork, and to involving service users and carers in their care. Experience working with diverse and multicultural communities is essential.</p>
<p>This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in psychosocial interventions within a supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT) environment.</p>
