  <p>We are looking to appoint a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to principally work at CAMHS The Beacon Inpatient Unit, and also to support the CAMHS Crisis Team at times when the number of young people occupying inpatient beds is below capacity.</p><p>The Beacon Inpatient CAMHS Unit is a 15-bedded facility based at the Bradgate Hospital site at Leicester Glenfield Hospital on the north side of Leicester.</p><p>For more information about CAMHS services in Leicester please click here:

You will be joining a vibrant professional group of nine Family and Systemic Psychotherapists who work across a range of outpatient teams.</p><p>Systemic Supervision will be provided and in addition you will be able to join a family therapy clinic, working with another Family and Systemic Psychotherapist.</p><p>The team at The Beacon Unit currently consists of clinicians across a wide range of disciplines: Psychiatry, Psychology, Dietetics, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. Systemic Psychotherapy has been a valued and integral part of the team for many years. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Staff work closely with CAMHS Specialist Teams, Outpatient, Inpatient and Adult services, while also having connections with the wider MDT within the community.</p><p>We offer early specialist assessment and intervention using evidence-based approaches to young people up to the age of 18 years old and their families.</p><p>We are especially keen to hear from candidates who reflects the diverse communities we serve.</p><p>Some of the duties you will undertake within this role include:</p><ul><li>To undertake detailed &amp; highly specialist psychological and systemic assessments of children and families. <p>Springbank Ward is an award-winning service which provides inpatient treatment to women with a diagnosis of EUPD/Complex Emotional Needs. We take an innovative and least-restrictive approach as we support service-users to return to the community after frequently spending a lengthy amount of time in other inpatient settings. Our service-users typically complete a 12-month programme involving both DBT and a wider therapeutic activity and group programme. Education mental health practitioner - Stockport MHST

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Harrow MHST works with young people with mild to moderatemental health presentations attending school/college within the Borough of Harrow. </p> <p>TheMHST has three core functions:</p> <p> To deliver evidence-based interventions for mild-to-moderate mental health issues;</p> <p> To support the senior mental health lead (where established) in each school or college to introduce or develop the whole school or college approach and;</p> <p> To give timely advice to school and college staff, and liaise with external specialist services to help children and young people to get the right support and stay in education.</p> <p>The role for the Occupational Therapy Assistant is to support the delivery of MHST interventions. The MHST utilises a wide range of evidence-based interventions, including CBT principles to support young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties at an early stage. The post holder will need to be flexible with a clear understanding of THRIVE and how all providers and organisations build on collaborative working with children, young people and families at the heart of all we do.</p> <p>The post involves a combination of clinical and administrative duties and the post holder will assist Occupational Therapists in delivering a service across mainstream schools and special schools (may have input in clinics or centres in the community).</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p> To plan and facilitate activity based groups, guided by the MHST Occupational Therapist.</p> <p> To work individually with service users on specific tasks and therapeutic activities, guided by the MHST Occupational Therapist.</p> <p> To promote a culture of engagement in meaningful occupation within school settings, in order to enhance quality of life of children and young people.</p> <p>To provide interventions in the manner that is consistent with Trust standards and values.</p> <p>To provide feedback to the team regarding observed occupational performance during sessions which will contribute to assessment and therapeutic interventions.</p> <p> To maintain clinical records using the electronic patient record system.</p> <p> To liaise with carers, school staff and other professionals.</p> <p>To exercise good personal time management, punctuality and consistent reliable attendance.</p> <p>To attend mandatory training.</p> <p>To undertake relevant activities to meet training objectives, as identified with your supervisor.</p> <p>To keep a record of your training and development activities.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Milton Keynes Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service is a multi-disciplinary team providing treatment and support for people who are experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time, and during the first three years following a first episode of psychosis. The service has a strong focus on providing psychological inventions alongside care-coordination, help, advice and support. The team helps service users make sense of their experiences, provides treatment and interventions to enable them to get back to, or continue to, work or study, whilst liaising with other services and agencies to sort out benefits and finances, and help solve any housing problems.</p> <p>A key part of the role will be acting as liaison and Principal Investigator for research trials (e.g. virtual reality CBT) from different universities.</p> <p>Our staff demonstrate an interest in providing a high level of service for service users and carers as well as an interest in service development. We are looking for motivated and committed clinical or counselling psychologists who are passionate to lead the development of psychological therapies and the therapy pathways within our service.</p> <p>Where the applicant will be newly qualified on appointment they will join a number of other recent recruits in Milton Keynes and undergo a well- established, thorough preceptorship programme ensuring they are equipped with the competencies required of an 8a post holder before they progress.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>

<p>We are looking to recruit 4 Education Mental Health Practitioners in training to be part of a dynamic forward-thinking innovative team that works into schools and colleges.</p>
<p>The Mental Health Support Team (MHST) is part of a national rollout and has delivered successful result in the East Riding since September 2022. The MHST is part of the Thrive approach to Children and Young peoples mental health framework endorsed through the Emotional and Mental Wellbeing Academy.</p>
<p>The MHST supports schools , colleges and the wider system through advice , support , consultation, whole schools approaches staff raining and targeted interventions using CBT.</p>
<p>The successful candidates will embark on a one-year training course at an identified University to gain a post graduate diploma qualification. The role will be a combination of learning through an active caseload in service, university lectures, portfolio work and assignments<strong>. </strong></p>
<p>Successful candidates must be prepared to step into post January and February 2026.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidates will become part of a dedicated team of qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners and Senior Practitioners from multi-disciplinary backgrounds.</p>
<p>The successful candidates will access university for two days a week to undertake learning through face to face and online lectures and experiences.</p>
<p>Under supervision for two days a week the post holders will hold a small caseload to deliver outcome focused evidence-based interventions for children, young people and families experiencing mild to moderate emotional and mental health needs.</p>
<p>The training and service experience aims to equip the post holder with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively in an inclusive, passionate innovative MHST.</p>
<p>The post holder must attend all university based taught and self-study days over a year that is required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed national curriculum and work in the service for the remaining 3 days of the week using their newly developed skills, knowledge and understanding supported by their supervisors and other qualified EMHP's.</p>
<p>On successful completion of the course post holders will move from a band 4 salary to a band 5.</p>

SFEDS works with young people aged 10-18 with an eating disorder and their families across Sussex, and supports recovery through evidenced based interventions such as the Maudsley Family Therapy models and E-CBT. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality evidenced based treatment in accordance with NICE Guidelines and National Access and Waiting Times Standards.</p> <p>You will be joining a service of highly skilled and experienced Family and Systemic Psychotherapists, Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychology and Assistant Psychologists, Nurses, Dietitian, Support Workers and OTs.</p> <p>You will work as a member of the clinical service/team, providing a high quality, specialist applied psychology service to clients, their families or carers.   <p><strong>Family &amp; Systemic Psychotherapist preceptorship role</strong></p> <p>In a preceptorship role, it is expected that you will progress within 18-24 months post-qualification to band 8a.</p> <p><strong>Overview of the Post</strong></p> <p>Bexley CAMHS provides specialist mental health care for children and young people from birth to 18 years with their parents/families/carers. We provide specialist assessment and treatment for children and young people with severe and enduring emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. The service provides a responsive, timely and accessible service, targeted at those children, young people and their families who are most in need of specialist mental health services.</p> <p>This post is in Maple Team which works with those young people at risk of an inpatient admission. The team provides a rapid response service to adolescents with severe and complex mental health problems who are at risk of inpatient admission. The team provides outreach and intensive multi-disciplinary interventions as a community alternative to inpatient care. Team members also provide consultation, advice and support to professionals and carers involved with the young people. The team uses mentalization based approaches (AMBIT, MBT-A, MBT-F).</p>

  <p>This post holder is situated within Bexley CAMH Service.</p> <p> To provide the CAMHS team with a high quality, evidence based systemic psychotherapy service to children, their families, carers and professional networks, in keeping with CYP-IAPT principles. </p> <p> To provide specialist systemic assessment and therapy to families with children and adolescents who are referred to CAMHS. </p> <p> To provide specialist advice and consultation regarding diagnoses and treatment to CAMHS colleagues, external agencies, working autonomously within professional guidelines and within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to overall service delivery as required. </p> <p> To contribute to the development, implementation and audit of services for families with children presenting to the Service.</p>
