  <p></p><p>We're seeking a dedicated Family Therapist to work in our high-intensity environment, providing exceptional care to young people aged between 13 and 18 experiencing acute mental health difficulties.</p> <p>This brand new, high-specification unit has been designed in close collaboration with young people, families and clinicians to provide a safe and therapeutic environment to those that need our support. Our aim is to provide outstanding care, promoting recovery and wellbeing in a modern, purpose-built setting to make a difference and have a positive change on the lives of young people.</p> <p>As the Systemic Family Psychotherapist, you will use highly developed communication skills in working with families to facilitate understanding of their personal and often very sensitive difficulties within a systemic formulation framework. You will work as a dedicated member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide systemic assessments and interventions for CYP/adultsandtheirfamiliesacross the Tier 4 service.   <p></p><p><strong>Art Psychotherapist - Band 7 - Forensic Intensive Recovery Support Team (FIRST)</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a 0.6 WTE Band 7 Art Psychotherapist to join the Forensic Intensive Recovery Support Team (FIRST), a specialist forensic community mental health team based in Rubery, South Birmingham and covering the West Midlands area. The aim of the service is to contribute to the successful transition of adult service users with significant risk histories and mental health difficulties out of secure inpatient services and support their continued recovery and risk management in the community.</p> <p>With our art therapist due to move onto a new role in the Trust shortly, we are keen to maintain art therapy provision in FIRST, as this has been highly valued within the service. The role within our vibrant community team includes delivering specialist art therapy assessments and interventions on an individual basis with service users, with the potential for facilitating group interventions too; providing specialist advice and consultation to multi-disciplinary colleagues; supporting the delivery of reflective practice for staff; and contributing to the ongoing development and evaluation of art therapy within FIRST and wider Secure Care.</p>

    <p></p><p>To manage the 7-day Front Door Therapy Team. The team provides services to the Emergency Department, Acute Assessment Unit (LAMU) the Short Stay Units and any other admission unit within GWH. The post holder will be a role model for the Trust core values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition and Respect.</p>
<p>To be responsible for clinical and professional leadership of staff within the team. To ensure safe and effective delivery of therapy and discharge services at the Front Door.</p>
<p>To ensure collaborative working with the other Front Door staff and external partners, promoting admission avoidance, discharges within the Trusts and National targets and early discharge planning and therapy intervention for other patients.</p>
