We’re here for men who have recently been through a mental health crisis—whether they’ve just left hospital or are finding it difficult to stay safe where they currently live. Our house offers a calm, safe environment where residents can take time to stabilise and focus on their wellbeing. We provide therapeutic support to help each person feel ready and confident to return home. Stays are usually up to 10 days, although men who are of no fixed abode (NFA) may stay a little longer if needed.</p><ul>	<li>We’re a non-CQC registered service.</li>	<li>Our team is here day and night, 24/7, every day of the year.</li>	<li>The service is run by Rethink Mental Illness, working closely with AWP, who handle all referrals through their Crisis Teams.</li></ul><p><strong>How you will make a difference:</strong></p><p><strong>Staffing, Leadership &amp; Oversight</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will ensure that staff have the correct guidance and support to fulfil their roles and will ensure that a monthly 24/7 rota ensures enough staffing capacity to deliver effective support.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality of Support &amp; Environment</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will ensure that a high standard of support is embedded within the service and will promote and support an inclusive environment.</li>	<li>I will ensure that high quality support planning, risk management, outcomes measurements are in place for all residents in the service at all times.</li></ul><p><strong>Referrals &amp; Risk Management</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will review all referrals into the service and ensure these are appropriate for the service remit and that risks are manageable during the residents stay. I will ensure that all referral documentation is received.</li></ul><p><strong>Partnership &amp; Multi-Agency Working</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will work closely with AWP Crisis Teams and ensure highly effective working relationships are in place at a management and front line level to ensure the crisis house provides the right standard of support to residents using a multi-agency approach.</li></ul><p><strong>Activities &amp; Resident Engagement</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will ensure activities offered to residents in the house and externally are varied and meet residents needs and demand and are within agreed budgets.</li></ul><p><strong>Incident Management &amp; Learning</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will manage and review all incidents and severe untoward incidents that occur at the crisis house ensuring that learning is adopted and shared as needed with AWP and the commissioners. Do you have a passion for being part of the dietetic critical care team for one of the largest critical care units in the country?</p><p>Thanks to new funding, we're thrilled to offer a permanent opportunity at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital site, part of University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust, to join our dedicated Dietetic Critical Care Team. With 100 critical care beds across four units, this is a unique chance to work in a fast-paced, clinically rich environment. This role is ideal for a Dietitian looking to develop their clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and service development skills within a supportive and forward-thinking team.</p><p>You'll work closely with the Clinical Lead Dietitian and other Band 7 Specialist Critical Care Dietitians, supported by two Band 6 colleagues. You'll also be an integral part of a large, multidisciplinary critical care team that highly values the dietetic contribution.</p><p>The post offers an excellent opportunity to be involved with research, audit and presenting at conferences nationally and internationally.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This post is based on the Surgical Critical Care Unit. You'll have the chance to work closely with liver transplant patients, as well as those undergoing hepatobiliary surgery, upper gastrointestinal (UGI) procedures, and complex gastro surgeries. This is a fantastic environment for anyone passionate about making a real impact in critical care, learning from cutting-edge surgical practices, and being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.</p><p>This post involves the nutritional management of highly complex patients requiring a range of therapeutic diets, oral nutritional supplements, and advanced enteral feeding via multiple routes, including nasogastric (NG), nasojejunal (NJ), percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), radiologically inserted gastrostomy (RIG), and jejunostomy (JEJ). Demonstrated clinical experience in managing complex enteral feeding is essential for this role</p><p>QEHB is a major trauma centre, and the trauma teams work closely with the critical care teams and they also have a strong working partnership with the royal centre of defence medicine to treat both military and civilian patients. The critical care unit is also a specialist provider with a wide range of disciplines including cardiothoracic surgery, renal, burns, liver, major trauma, neurosurgery, transplant etc. This post will give you the opportunity to develop a highly specialist dietetic service, alongside the other specialist dietitians and clinical lead for critical care.</p>

colleges in Worcestershire . You will be delivering low intensity CBT
interventions (1:1 or group) in your aligned schools as well as delivering
Whole School Approach activities, keeping the CYP at the heart of everything

operational lead, clinical lead &amp; senior practitioners you will manage a
caseload of patients and complete assessments, care plans &amp; other relevant
documentation whilst maintaining the fidelity of the low intensity CBT model.</p><p>An understanding of
risk management &amp; safeguarding is imperative for this role, and you will be
supported with managing this within the team. </p><p>You will also receive
regular case management &amp; clinical skills supervision to support you
clinically as well as participate in MDT/screening meetings.</p><p>You will work closely
with families, school staff &amp; other professions and at times deliver
consultations &amp; signposting advice to other agencies. Thus, strong

  <p>ou will be a registered staff nurse and have excellent assessment, planning and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants.
You will coordinate and manage care ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated and recorded. You will have an overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight. E.g. re-allocating work to cover unexpected staff absence.  At times you will be expected to work clinically and deliver direct patient care, though the majority of your role will be clinical triage via telephone. 
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills as you will be coordinating care for a large number of complex patients.
You will provide clinical leadership, including line management of Band 5 Staff Nurses, and oversee line management of our Band 3 Nursing Assistants.
You must be able to think on your feet, problem solve and juggle conflicting priorities as well as motivate others in challenging times and utilise the resources available to you effectively.
The hours of work are 17:00pm-22:00pm over 7 days a week (including bank holidays).  The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you could travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care. 
It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year.
