  <p></p><p>Band 7 CBT Therapist or Clinical Psychologist</p> <p>We have an exciting, full-time job opportunity for a psychological therapist who would enjoy working in a specialist secondary care service for people with bipolar disorder and related conditions. The role would suit either a clinical psychologist or a BABCP registered CBT therapist. The successful candidate would join our dedicated team of psychological practitioners delivering interventions to people with mood disorders which includes the Mood on Track programme, a group-based CBT programme, also individual CBT and family intervention. Interventions are offered online and face to face.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience of working within secondary care mental health community services with either adults, older adults or young people. This experience may be prior to therapeutic training. The service provides intervention across the age range and is currently further developing the offer for young people.</p> <p>Research and service evaluation is a core part of our service model and opportunities to be involved in this will be available subject to interest and experience. We are committed to staff development and there may be potential for further intervention training e.g. PGCert for CBT in Bipolar and Psychosis and Family Intervention Training.</p>

  <p></p><p>The successful applicant will deliver Mood on Track group CBT plus an individual staying well intervention. They will engage in psychological assessments for the programme and specific interventions. They will also deliver individual CBT and Family Intervention following Mood on Track. We are a multidisciplinary team and work closely with other teams within the trust. Liaison with other teams and services is a key part of the role.</p> <p>We work across the city, so there is an expectation to be able to travel to sites in different localities. You should have experience of working with service users with complex mental health and behavioural needs; additionally, to be familiar with the needs of a diverse BAME community and working in areas of high socioeconomic deprivation.</p> <p>We will consider part-time workers and flexible working arrangements.</p>

  <p></p><p>An opportunity has arisen for a <strong>Practitioner Psychologist/Specialist Psychological Therapist</strong> to join the <strong>Sussex Eating Disorder Service (</strong>SEDS<strong>)</strong>. We are a passionate multidisciplinary team delivering NICE recommended treatments aiming to provide the best possible care to adults living with eating disorders.</p> <p><strong></strong>Previous experience of working in an eating disorder service is desirable but not necessary, as we offer considerable in-house and external training opportunities (including CBT-T, CBT-E and MANTRA). The post will be supervised by a senior psychological therapist within the team.</p> <p>Covering the whole of Sussex, SEDS provides specialist eating disorder services across a large geographical area.There may be a requirement to travel across the area dependent on service demand. Do you thrive in multi-disciplinary settings where psychological skills are highly valued?</p> <p>Working in a very friendly and dynamic CAMHS Service, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist based mainly in ourChesterfield Core CAMHS Base following the successful CAMHS Service submission for funding - we have a focused investment from the ICB (integrated Care Board) into routine CAMHS specifically for Reducing CAMHS waiting times as part of a Service Development Improvement Plan 2025 -2027. We are happy to consider flexible options. There are opportunities for indirect working (e.g. consultation, supporting formulation skills development).</p> <p>Our Service has 10 teams with excellent track records working closely together, with opportunities for gaining different experiences to develop your portfolio. Our internal training programme for staff is positively-rated and clinical supervision practice is highly valued. We value the diversity of our clinicians, and the skill sets they bring.</p> <p>Whilst this is an 8a post we are very happy to receive applications from soon to be or newly qualified Clinical Psychologists in a preceptorship role (with a structured development plan to progress with regular support). We have well established links with the training courses and regularly have trainees on placement.</p> <p>This post is funded for 0.6wte 3 days - there may be options to consider combinations with other posts.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p></p><p>As a Clinical Psychologist in Core CAMHS you will:</p> <ul>  <li> Provide specialist psychological/therapy-based assessments, formulations and interventions for children and young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties</li>  <li> Provide a pivotal lead role in reducing waiting lists ('Referral to Treatment' (RTT) times) for Routine Core through indirect consultation and formulation skills offers to Core Mental Health Practitioners and providing direct joint-clinical work at referral, initial assessment and therapeutic intervention stages, where appropriate.</li>  <li> Be client-centred and a goal-focused member of our multi-disciplinary service, championing ROMs and contributing to service developments, as appropriate.</li>  <li> Empower and support young people on their journey to recovery</li>  <li> Offer clinical advice and support, consultations, supervision and training for professionals in our CAMHS Service.</li>  <li> Be an active member of an experienced multi-disciplinary service and contribute to team and service developments.</li>  <li> Contribute to case discussions and a 'careteam' approach to formulation.</li> </ul>

  <p></p><p><strong>Are you a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist seeking a new challenge?</strong></p> <p>A <strong>part-time </strong>opportunity has arisen for a<strong> Clinical or Counselling Psychologist</strong> to join the <strong>Bucks Early Intervention Service</strong> in a developmental role. We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful person who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team both independently and with initiative. We are looking for a person who has the ability to provide specialist cognitive-behavioural therapy for psychosis and the ability to use their skills to support and motivate colleagues and clients.</p> <p>You will have experience of working alongside a range of other professionals to provide psychological advice and consultation regarding formulation and treatment.</p> <p>We welcome applications from newly or soon-to-be qualified clinical or counselling psychologists. Please note this role is <strong>part-time working 22.5 hours per week.</strong></p> <p></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p></p><p>This role is crucial in ensuring that patients get timely access to high quality specialist psychological treatments within the Bucks Early Intervention Service. As part of the role, you will:</p> <ul>  <li>Provide psychological assessment and intervention for adults with severe and/or complex mental health difficulties presenting in the Early Intervention Service and their families in outpatient, community and inpatient settings as required. This may include the use of digital technology.</li>  <li>Supervise and support the psychological assessment and interventions provided by assistant and trainee psychologists and other clinical members of the team who provide psychologically based care and treatment, dependent on experience.</li>  <li>Provide ad hoc advice, consultation and supervision on clients' psychological care to colleagues and other professionals as delegated by the Principal Clinical Psychologist.</li>  <li>Work towards the standards, duties and responsibilities expected of a band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, which, if achieved in line with developmental reviews, will lead to an opportunity for promotion to band 8a.</li> </ul> <p>You will excel at working autonomously, managing a caseload and taking responsibility for the governance of your psychological practice within a multidisciplinary team. You will be familiar with utilising research skills for audit, policy and service development.</p>
