  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>General responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>This is a clinical modality lead position which requires expert clinical as well as managerial responsibilities. Leading a team of radiographers and ancillary staff to provide high quality and efficient CT service to the Trust and wider NWL and private sector.</li>
<li>To on lead on issues relating to clinical governance and equipment maintenance for the modality.</li>
<li>Undertake clinical work and maintaining high standard of work of own and other members of staff.</li>

  <p>We are delighted to share a rare and exciting opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team in a brand new role at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Due to expansion and improvement of the Acute Medical Unit (AMU), we are seeking to recruit a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to be joint team lead for the acute team, and to clinically lead on delivery of the service to AMU.</p> <p>The postholder will share responsibility for leading the acute team of band 5 and 6 SLTs and a band 4 assistant alongside the other band 7 team lead, and will have access to CPD, supervision, peer support and internal and external training opportunities to develop and enhance their leadership skills.</p> <p>The successful candidate will carry a caseload of patients on AMU, including patients with and without tracheostomies, and those receiving non-invasive ventilation.   <p><strong>Job Overview</strong>Newham is one of London's most diverse and also most deprived boroughs, with one of the highest rates of psychosis in the capital. This creates a real need for timely, evidence based care. Our challenge is not just to meet this demand, but to build a model of care that works in partnership with service users, families, and the wider community.</p> <p>The Newham Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIS) team plays a key role in delivering the NHS Long Term Plan, particularly its focus on prevention through early detection and intervention. We are looking for psychologists who can bring both strong therapeutic skills and the ability to collaborate across services. Alongside delivering NICE recommended therapies such as CBT for psychosis and family interventions, you will work as part of a committed multidisciplinary team, ensuring care is joined up, formulation driven, and responsive to our community's needs.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a psychologist you will be central to the MDT, providing therapy to service users and their families, and supporting the team through reflective practice, consultation, supervision, and training. You will also help the team to think about and manage the complex relationship dynamics that can arise in psychosis, so that care remains safe, effective, and compassionate.</p>

  <p>We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Renal Dietitian to work in our multi-disciplinary therapy team. Lead by a Clinical Lead Renal Dietitian and Clinical Lead Renal Occupational Therapist, the team is made of dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and therapy assistants - across inpatient and outpatient settings. Our team supports people living with chronic kidney disease and urological conditions across three wards based at The Royal Free Hospital site, and 5 outpatient centres for low clearance, dialysis and transplantation. This role is a full time role based predominantly off site in the renal outpatient setting on our Haemodialysis units.</p>

  <p>We are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting patients living with Chronic Kidney Disease. Whilst previous renal experience within Dialysis is desirable; we are keen to support dietitians who may have had exposure to renal inpatients and advanced Kidney Care, and value strong transferrable skills such as autonomous management of people with complex nutritional diagnoses, delivering patient centered care and working effectively within an MDT. Experience supporting the development of junior staff will be highly regarded, as will skills in quality improvement, service evaluation or audit.
