From under one roof we offer advice & advocacy support, C4CC workforce webinars, counselling, Health Education workshops, Mental Health Support Teams in educational settings, Outreach, Parent & Infant Relationship Service, Parent/Carer phoneline, psychotherapy, Talkbus and our Young People’s Team.
Come work with us
We are a team of creative, committed, colleagues dedicated to challenging social injustice wherever & whenever we can and with whatever resources we have to hand.
No promises that it is going to be easy but if you are looking to make tangible differences to the lives of infants, children and their families then job satisfaction with us is guaranteed…..
“I couldn’t have chosen a better service to do my training year in and I’m grateful for all the support received by everyone in the team.” Trainee Employee
Volunteering
Since our founding in 1978 our charity has always depended on volunteers to help run our services and in fact many of our colleagues started working with us as volunteers and having gained valuable experience, were able to successfully apply for paid positions.
We highly value our place in Croydon’s Voluntary Sector and actively participate with the main local umbrella organisations; Croydon Voluntary Action, Asian Resource Centre, Croydon Neighbourhood Care Association and the BME Forum
