  <p><strong>Are you an autonomous registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a new role in West Oxfordshire?</strong></p> <p><strong>Do you have experience of working in mental health services and understand the challenges that the Adult care group can bring?</strong></p> <p>North and West AMHT have an opportunity for a Band 6 RMN to become part of a well established Multi disciplinary Team on a full time basis.</p> <p>The service has a new leadership team structure, with new team leaders in place leading to an improved culture and team.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>Working within the treatment function of the AMHT you will co-ordinate the care for patients with severe and enduring mental health diagnosis.</li>
<li>You will work autonomously, with a caseload of patients with whom you will engage and offer the recommended treatment and support.</li>
<li>You will have experience of providing community mental health care and able to assess and plan treatment with service users.</li>
<li>You will also be able to assess and manage risk, including use of Safeguarding processes.</li>
</ul>
<p>There are opportunities for team working and facilitating groups such as MBT/CBT based interventions.</p>
<p>Our AMHT provide an assessment and treatment function and the staff working within the team work on a rota covering shifts from 07.00 to 21.00 (7 days/week). The successful candidate will be required to work mainly 9-5 Monday to Friday however there is an expectation that there is flexibility to cover the out of hours shifts when required.</p>

a Clinical or Forensic Psychologist at our forensic mental health hospital, Heatherwood
Court. Comprising of a Locked Rehabilitation Service (1 female ward) and a Low
Secure Service (1 male and 2 female wards), Heatherwood Court treats patients with
complex needs, including severe and enduring mental illness, complex trauma,
and difficulties consistent with a diagnosis of personality disorder. </p><p>We are looking for applicants with
experience of working with service users with complex needs and risk behaviours
along with those who have an interest and prior experience of delivering
evidenced-based interventions for people with personality disorder and/or
complex mental health problems. We are particularly interested in candidates

  <p>Priory Hospital, Southampton are looking for an enthusiastic clinical or counselling psychologist to join the psychology team in delivering individual therapy, group therapies and assessments as part of delivering excellent standards of care for NHS service users requiring inpatient hospital admission.</p><p>This role could cater for someone seeking flexible working alongside another job role or other commitments as we are looking to recruit a psychologist for 15 hours per week in a part-time permanent role.</p><p>The individual therapy delivered at our hospital is exclusively with the service users on our specialist eating disorder ward, Skylark, therefore we are seeking a psychologist with an interest or previous experience in working with those suffering with an eating disorder.</p>  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will be welcomed into a passionate and positive team of professionals, headed by a Counselling Psychologist within the psychology team, and made up of a Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Creative Arts Therapist, and an Assistant Psychologist. This team isoverseen within the wider therapy services umbrella headed by therapy manager and Occupational Therapist, Sarah Marsh.</p><p>There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and your passion, style and ambitions would be taken into account as you grow within the role. Particular professional development would see the candidate gaining distinct experience in working with acute distress and eating disorders, allowing for the possibility of specialism.</p>

<li>To provide specialist psychological assessment of clients with complex, severe and enduring mental health difficulties referred to Acute services, utilising information from a broad range of structured psychometric and semi-structured clinical methodologies and integrating it into a psychological formulation of the client and the psychosocial environment, drawing on a range of psychological theoretical perspectives.</li>
</ul>
