  <p>NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire (NHSTTH) is an exciting, transformative and expanding psychological therapies service. The postholders will join our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) team providing in-person CBT to patients aged 16+ who present with a range of complex anxiety and depression related problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective.</p><p>At NHSTTH, service users are at the heart of what we do. Working closely with school-based services and linking with CAMHS where needed, MHSTs play a vital role in strengthening mental health support for young people.</p>   <p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mental Health Practitioner (SMHP) to join our Mid Essex MHSTs. You will deliver CBT interventions, lead Whole School Approach activities, and support Education Mental Health Practitioners through supervision and guidance. The role also includes developing school networks, delivering staff training, supporting group programmes, and co-producing mental health resources.</p>   <p>Applicants should be CYPMHS clinicians undertaking or having completed CYP-PT CBT or SFP training, or registered professionals with a postgraduate diploma in evidence-based psychological therapies.   <p>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist with relevant experience to join our Home Treatmentservice in Sheffield. The teams work with a range of partner agencies, including GP's and VCSE organisations, to deliver interventions and treatment to people with a range of mental health difficulties in crisis including those with serious mental illness with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding hospital admission. The successful candidate will join a large team of supportive multi-professionals alongside clinical and forensic psychologists, psychotherapists and clinical associate psychologists within the acute, crisis and inpatient psychology team.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of supporting people at risk of hospital admission to receive specialist care at home.   <p>As a member of a specialist Psychological Therapies team, you will work closely with colleagues in our CMHT and in-patient teams as well as the newly develop Primary Care Community Mental Health Hubs. You will also liaise with and support psychological therapists working at earlier steps in the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway. You will work with the Clinical Lead, Locality Leads, Team Manager and your team to ensure that the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway achieves its key objectives of delivering integrated, safe, accessible, responsive, effective and caring services to people in Buckinghamshire.</p> <p>You will provide psychological assessments and interventions for adults with severe and/or complex mental health problems, their families and carers. You will provide supervision and management support to other psychological therapists and consultation and guidance to our colleagues in the CMHT. You will have excellent communication skills and will participate in multidisciplinary risk assessment, formulation and care planning. You should be able to demonstrate your experience, skills and qualifications in evidence-based approaches in specialist adult mental health settings, this may include for example CBT or third wave approaches / Schema Therapy / EMDR / DBT / MBT / CAT. Clinical Psychologist - Rehabilitation Pathway

If so, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly's NHS Talking Therapies is the service for you!</strong></p> <p>We are currently recruiting a qualified PWP to work in county, as part of an exciting expansion which has quality patient care and staff wellbeing at the heart of it. You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team who are striving towards gold standard ways of working.</p> <p>Applicants must have completed PWP training from an accredited Low Intensity course, have experience working in the stepped care model delivering Low Intensity Psychological Interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate common mental health difficulties and have PWP registration.</p> <p>We are committed to supporting you reach your full potential by providing CPD opportunities and you will receive Clinical Case Management Supervision, Clinical Skills Supervision, Reflective Practice Supervision and regular Line Management.</p>     <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a PWP you play an integral part in the everyday workings of the service, from promotional work to assessing patients to providing clinical evidence-based interventions to help service users make lasting changes in managing their mental health.</p>
<p>Post holders will be completing clinical contacts 1:1 face to face, over the telephone, video consultation, group courses (remotely and in person) and CBT. Where needed, holding discussions with step 3 and/or step 4 clinicians to ensure step ups and safe onward referrals are completed and that patient dignity and confidentiality is maintained at all times. There will also be opportunities for community outreach work to promote the work we do to other services, educational settings and careers events.</p>
<p>The post-holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.</p>
<p>The post-holder will be required to work at any times between 8am and 8pm on weekdays as required by the service. The post-holder will also be required to participate in evening clinics offered by the service between 5pm and 8pm.</p>
<p>Alongside LI and HI CBT, the service offers Counselling for Depression, Couples Therapy for Depression, Mindfulness based CBT, IPT and EMDR. We are currently establishing good links with our Primary Care Networks and Secondary Care Mental Health Teams.</p>
