  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a mental health clinician in the Emotional Health Service you will be passionate about improving the mental health of children and young people and putting them at the centre of all you do. In this role you will be part of a small team who are focused on supporting mental health in schools for our most vulnerable pupils. Part of the role will be dedicated to children who experience Emotionally Related School Avoidance (ERSA). You will co-deliver our innovative ERSA groups for parents and young people and provide consultation and advice to education colleagues. The remainder of your role will be to deliver buy-in services to schools. This will involve delivering bespoke packages of support to school communities involving the delivery of consultation, training, assessments, group and individual therapy and reflective space for staff.</p><p>You will be part of a team of clinicians providing access to peer supervision and many exciting development opportunities. You will also receive clinical supervision and line management within the service.</p>

  <p>We're looking for enthusiastic Senior Psychological Therapists or Psychologists to join our Pain Management team as part of an integrated multidisciplinary service.</p>
<p>The main base for this role will be Southend Hospital, but you will also work at one of our other sites within MSE -- most likely Orsett or Basildon Hospital. The Pain Service operates across all MSE locations, including Broomfield, Southend, Basildon, and Orsett.</p>
<p>The team works with complex mental health patients with complex Pain Management issues.</p>
<p>You'll provide specialist psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions. We're looking for candidates with skills in CBT and/or ACT, and experience in running both group and one-to-one sessions.</p>
<p>You should be committed to teamwork, and to involving service users and carers in their care. Experience working with diverse and multicultural communities is essential.</p>
<p>This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in psychosocial interventions within a supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT) environment.</p>

  <p>GMMH Health and Justice Services are looking to recruit a committed and compassionate Practitioner Psychologist or Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to work within the multi-disciplinary mental health team, which implements a stepped-care model of mental health and psychological care, within HMP Styal.</p> <p>We are seeking a full-time HCPC registered psychologist or BABCP accredited High Intensity CBT therapist to join the integrated mental health team, working alongside other psychological professionals including PWP staff, specialist psychological therapists, Practitioner Psychologists and an Assistant Psychologist. The post holder will provide assessment, formulation and medium to longer-term psychological therapy, to individual's presenting with common mental health difficulties of varying complexity, for which CBT has been demonstrated to be clinically effective. They will work closely with other professionals to support responsive step-up and step-down provision across the stepped care model and contribute to the wider formulation and understanding of presenting distress, including attending multi professional meetings to share formulations, treatment plans and progress.</p> <p>A prison environment can be a challenging place to work, we are seeking someone not only with strong clinical skills but also the ability to manage and respond to the dynamic needs of the team, the client group and the environment, to ensure that provision is accessible and appropriate.</p>

  <p>We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist or Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) to work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team.</p> <p>You should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm and willingness to work proactively in both multi-disciplinary teams and within a multi-agency context. This role provides excellent opportunities for developing your skills in both direct and indirect team working, within a supportive team of experienced psychological therapists. </p> <p>The job will involve working alongside experienced MDT colleagues to offer one-to-one evidence-based psychological interventions to service users and their families, contributing to and delivering group work. The role also includes joint and indirect work with colleagues (team formulation, staff training, support and consultation around psychological issues); and appropriate audit, service development, evaluation and research activities as required. </p> <p>The post will suit a candidate with experience of work with adults with complex presentations, such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, complex trauma and personality difficulties. The psychological therapies team includes both clinical psychologists and CBT psychotherapists who offer a range of interventions including CAT, CBT, EMDR, ACT, family work, DBT-informed work, and CFT. The post would provide excellent opportunities in terms of developing specialist skills in psychological models of care.</p>

          <li>Evidence of drawing on psychological formulations to inform MDT care plans and risk management plans</li>
          
          <li>Demonstrates further training/experience normally through having received a minimum of 50 hours clinical supervision of working as a clinical psychologist/ CBT therapist</li>
          
          <li>Ability to be part of the wider Leadership team, be a positive role model, and be able to lead on difficult discussions</li>
          
        </ul>
        
        
          <h4>Desirable</h4>
          <ul>
            
            <li>Experience of the application of clinical psychology/ CBT in different cultural contexts</li>
            
            <li>Experience of working with families and carers</li>
