  <p>As an HCPC registered Allied Health professional, reporting to the Lead Arts therapist in your directorate, you will develop and provide specialist Arts Therapy to one patient/one ward using your own arts therapy modality (Art, Music, Drama or Dance Movement) within the Forensic Learning Disabilities and Autism (LDA) service.</p>
<p>As part of the ELFT Trust wide Arts Therapies you will work as an integrated and collaborative team member upholding the Trust values, 'We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive' and maintaining a holistic approach to promote effective functioning of the team and patient-centered care of service users.</p>
<p>As part of improving population health, improving access to therapies, preventative engagement and meeting service user needs, this post will be embedded on one of our Specialist Autism Medium Secure Service wards. You will not only deliver trauma informed specialist arts therapy but also support Psychology, OT and the wider MDT with co- produced and collaborative work. Experience of working with forensic and learning disabilities and autism is essential.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ol>
<li>To plan, provide and develop specialist patient-centered Arts Therapies including assessment, treatment and evaluation of individual and group work using own Arts Therapies modality.</li>
<li>Evaluate work on an ongoing basis with an emphasis on using appropriate service user reported experience and outcome measures to measure and demonstrate effectiveness.</li>
<li>Manage and supervise allocated staff, including trainees</li>
<li>Regularly undertake Quality Improvement, Research and Audit</li>
<li>Provide a range of teaching and training to multi-professional staff, service users and carers as required</li>
<li>Take a designated role in local service leadership and development</li>
<li>Maintain registration with HCPC and relevant professional bodies (eg BAAT,Badth)</li>
<li>Maintain own self-care and ability to practice.</li>

The post will also include indirect lead roles with supporting and co-ordinating clinical supervision processes, and co-ordinating and delivery of the Psychology Consultation Offer across the Service.</p> <p>Our Service has 10 teams with excellent track records working closely together, with lots of opportunities for gaining different experiences to develop your portfolio. Our internal training programme for staff is positively-rated and clinical supervision practice is highly valued. We value the diversity of our clinicians, and the different skill sets that they bring.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As an experienced Clinical Psychologist in Core CAMHS you will:</p> <p> Provide specialist psychological/therapy-based assessments, formulations and interventions for children and young people with the most complex need in Core CAMHS and take a lead role in the provision of services to this client group</p> <p> Provide a significant leadership role along with the Team Leads for Core CAMHS.</p> <p> Provide specialist knowledge, expert advice and support the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.</p> <p> Manage and help the development of other Clinical Psychologists, Trainee Clinical Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists.</p> <p> Offer training and clinical supervision to CAMHS Professionals</p> <p> Carry out complex neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental assessments as appropriate, particularly where there is co-morbidity and/or complexity to the presentation</p> <p> Be a member of a multi-disciplinary service and contribute to team and service developments.</p> <p>Across the service you will:</p> <p> Lead and co-ordinate and deliver the Psychology Consultation Offer to CAMHS professionals.</p> <p> Lead and co-ordinate the Clinical Supervision processes</p>

  <p>This is a part time post working 22.5 hours per week for a fixed term of 12 months based at the Stonebow Unit, Hereford. We would consider less hours for the successful candidate but would have to be a
minimum of 15 hours. The salary quoted is pro rata for part time hours.</p><p>We are looking for a motivated individual with lived experience to support our current quality improvement programme on our older adult mental health inpatient wards. The post will be funded via the Royal College of Psychiatry`s Culture of Care Programme.</p><p>This programme aims to improve the culture of inpatient mental health, learning disability and autism for patients and staff so that they are safe, therapeutic and equitable places to be cared for, and fulfilling places to work.</p><p>Integrated Lived Experience takes the form of true co-production, the role focusses on creating a supportive and compassionate atmosphere for both staff and patients. There is an emphasis on developing change ideas in line with the programme alongside the wider MDT and core project team.</p><p>We can offer flexible working and will be supporting the successful applicant with training whilst in post.</p><p>The post is fixed term due to time
limited nature of the funding which will end in
