BANK - Mental Health Recovery Worker

<p><strong>Rethink Mental Illness are hiring Mental Health Recovery Workers to join our&nbsp;inspiring and friendly team&nbsp;at our Sheffield Outreach Service.</strong></p><p><strong>Imagine being part of an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. At The Mead we believe that anyone who suffers from mental illness has the opportunity to live life to the full.   <p>The Crisis Resolution Home
Treatment Team is a pivotal service whose main focus is to offer an alternative
to an inpatient admission and provide intensive treatment as required within
the community. The service will also ensure effective gatekeeping of all
service users referred to the service for admission to Hospital. The service

  <p>The Birmingham &amp; Solihull Health and Justice Vulnerability Service (HJVS) is a nationally recognised and multi-award winning team, established sites leading to a widespread radical change in service delivery across England.</p>

They assist service users to access support, providing individualised support with solving practical problems or difficulties that may be affecting their health and wellbeing. They can also provide help and advise on housing, social isolation and exclusion, education, debt management and employment issues.</p>
