Mental Health Recovery Support Worker (No Experience)

Lifeways Group is seeking a Recovery Support Worker for our Mental Health Service in Peterborough. This full-time role involves providing emotional and behavioural support, promoting a safe environment, and helping individuals work towards independence.

No prior experience is required; we welcome compassionate individuals who are resilient, make quick decisions, and maintain boundaries while helping others thrive. Shift patterns include mornings/evenings and alternate weekends.
