<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.</p>
<p>We are currently recruiting an experienced group work facilitator, working alongside a teams of experienced Recovery Workers across our Fareham, Gosport and Havant sites.</p>
<p>The role may involve occasionally covering for other group facilitators in Hampshire, as well as supporting the hub Recovery Workers based on service need.</p>
<p>We have a bespoke structured group work programme which the Group Facilitator will be responsible for delivering, as well as additional groups based on the needs of the clients - this can include SMART groups, auricular acupuncture, mindfulness and meditation and substance specific groups.</p>

  <p>Full-time permanent Group Facilitator Recovery Worker (working 37.5 hours per week) across the South of Hampshire (Fareham, Gosport, Havant).</p> <p>Group facilitation in Inclusion Fareham, Gosport and Havant Hubs.Referral and implementation of groups (structured and unstructured)Training of volunteers and other staff in group facilitation.Covering other sites for group facilitation</p> <p>Where required, supporting the team with duty or caseload managementActive Risk assessing and risk management.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be provided with relevant training to support the facilitation of groups, and will be a key part of our quality assurance processes around groups; participating in groupwork audits, providing peer to peer feedback to other facilitators and co-facilitating groups with others.</p>

Groupwork Facilitator Recovery Worker

  <p>The Crisis Resolution Home
Treatment Team is a pivotal service whose main focus is to offer an alternative
to an inpatient admission and provide intensive treatment as required within
the community. The service will also ensure effective gatekeeping of all
service users referred to the service for admission to Hospital. The service
will operate on an outreach basis with the majority of assessments taking place
in non-Hospital
environments.</p><p>We are currently recuiting Community Support workers for the Torbay CRHTT.</p><p>

The post holder will be an active member of the
integrated multi-disciplinary team (MDT),
providing a 24-hour community-based Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment
Service as an alternative to hospital admission.</p><p>As part of a MDT, the Community Support Worker is a pivotal role in shaping, implementing and facilitating interventions for individuals with a diverse mental health needs within the community.</p><p>Under the direction and leadership of a qualified Mental Health Professional, the team are responsible for:</p><ul><li>Deliver a collaborative care plan with specific home interventions and goals.</li><li>Offer crisis resolution as an alternative to hospital admission, available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.</li><li>Serve as the gatekeeper for inpatient hospital beds.</li><li>Conduct initial in-person follow-up after hospital discharge.</li></ul>  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
