<p>At Cornwall and Isles of Scilly NHS Talking Therapies we have an exciting opportunity to join our West Team as a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The position holder will be expected to work part of the week from an office in the Central Cornwall area to provide a face-to-face clinic. The other days will be completed remotely.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (SPWP) you will support the Service Lead, Professional Lead &amp; Team Managers to develop the Step 2 service provision across the organisation. These roles provide an opportunity for experienced PWPs who are committed to developing their careers to share their interest and passion and to develop these qualities and skills in others. In addition to maintaining a PWP (Step 2) caseload, the post holders will work within the Talking Therapies service providing a range of more senior duties including:</p>
<p> Clinical support and guidance around clinical suitability and patient risk across the organisation.</p>
<p> Clinical supervision/case management of both qualified &amp; trainee PWPs.</p>
<p> Clinical skills training.</p>
<p> Referral assessment, identifying &amp; ensuring appropriate and current level of intensity for patients.</p>
<p> Clinically support/mentor less experienced PWPs.</p>
<p> Lead on low intensity service developments and deliver in house training workshops.</p>
<p> Develop, support and train innovative practice to trainee PWPs and to other workers qualified to act in low intensity worker roles.</p>
<p> Integrate care with physical health services to improve physical and mental health outcomes for clients with long-term conditions.</p>

  <p><strong>The Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service</strong> is brief psychological service aimed at improving the lives of people who may struggle with emotional and relational difficulties associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder.</p>
<p>With additional investment we are now extending our support to individuals with Complex PTSD (cPTSD), bridging the gap between primary care and secondary mental health services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP) to join our team to provide brief interventions and co-facilitate therapeutic groups for clients with complex emotional needs and cPTSD.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will deliver well-being focused brief interventions to individuals with CPTSD and other complex emotional difficulties.</p>
<p>In addition to providing time limited brief interventions, you will co-facilitate psychoeducational groups working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, trauma-informed care.</p>
<p>You will also be supported to join our training team which has a mandate to provide training to other AWP services on assessing and formulating clients with complex emotional needs.</p>

  <p>Northumberland Talking Therapies has an exciting opportunity to recruit a qualified PWP who holds accreditation with either the BABCP or BPS and is keen to develop their skills and experience within our
organisation, working to
deliver low intensity service provision to residents from the Northumberland
area. The position can be offered as a minimum of 22.5 hours or up to and including full time. You will be based in one of our Northumberland offices, but this is a hybrid position with home working options available.</p><p>The
post-holder will work within a service where caseload is monitored on booked
appointments, and which offers fantastic progression opportunities from supervisor
training to trainee high-intensity CBT positions.</p><p>The
post-holder will provide low intensity interventions including a
range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management
interventions to clients experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression.

triage assessments</p><p>Provide
a range of low intensity interventions through guided self-help and

the opportunity to contribute to a number of innovative service improvement projects.
The service has a number of Special Interest Groups which seek to improve and innovate the service offered to the area. This includes but is
not limited to perinatal, long term health conditions, and young people.</p><p>Have
the opportunity to act as a mentor to trainee PWPs</p><p>Attend regular line management, case management and clinical skills supervision</p><p>Work closely with other PWPs to support one another and utilise skills and knowledge</p><p>Attend CPD events</p>  <h3>About us</h3>

  <p>As an HCPC registered Allied Health professional, reporting to the Lead Arts therapist in your directorate, you will develop and provide specialist Arts Therapy individually and in groups using your own arts therapy modality (Art) and line manage and clinically supervise junior members of staff.</p>
<p>As part of the ELFT Trust wide Arts Therapies you will work as an integrated and collaborative team member upholding the Trust values, 'We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive' and maintaining a holistic approach to promote effective functioning of the team and patient-centered care of service users.</p>
<p>As part of improving population health, improving access to therapies, preventative engagement and meeting service user needs, this post will be embedded across our Acute Services wards, including our High Dependency Unit and our long-stay and rehabilitation wards. You will not only deliver trauma informed specialist arts therapy but also support Psychology, OT and the wider MDT with co- produced and collaborative work.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>To plan, provide and develop specialist patient-centered Arts Therapies including assessment, treatment and evaluation of individual and group work using own Arts Therapies modality.</li>
<li>Evaluate work on an ongoing basis with an emphasis on using appropriate service user reported experience and outcome measures to measure and demonstrate effectiveness.</li>
<li>Manage and supervise allocated staff, including trainees</li>
<li>Regularly undertake Quality Improvement, Research and Audit</li>
<li>Provide a range of teaching and training to multi-professional staff, service users and carers as required</li>
<li>Take a designated role in local service leadership and development</li>
<li>Maintain registration with HCPC and relevant professional bodies (eg BAAT)</li>
<li>Maintain own self-care and ability to practice.</li>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative service with technology at the heart with individual or group virtual sessions, an app for patient reported outcomes amongst other technological points.
