  <p>We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our well-established Complex Psychological Interventions Service in Bristol. The post is based in Adult Mental Health Services in the Inner City and East Bristol team, and the successful applicant will support the delivery of psychological interventions in the Assessment and Recovery Team.</p>
<p>We are looking for applicants with a particular interest in working with people with a broad range of complex and enduring mental health difficulties across the lifespan, including older adults who are served within our ageless service. We are particularly interested in candidates with special skills and experience in CBT for severe mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>In addition, the successful candidate will lead the organisation and development of our established Staff Support Debrief Service for the community teams in Bristol.</p>
<p>As well as working closely within the teams, you will receive excellent support and supervision from more senior and well-established CPI members. There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and development of innovative research projects.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>o To provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to patients and carers as appropriate to the service. </p> <p>o To provide highly specialist advice and consultation on clients' formulation and psychological management to other non-psychologist colleagues.</p> <p>o To use highly specialist psychological knowledge and skills to contribute to the more effective management of patients by the various teams in the area and where appropriate outside of the area.</p> <p>o To lead the organisation and development of the Staff Support Debrief Service for the community teams in Bristol.</p> <p>o To clinically supervise/line manage trainee clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists, CAPs and less experienced psychology staff, and other professionals. </p> <p>o To contribute to audit, research, policy and service development within the areas served by the Complex Psychological Interventions Service.</p> <p>o To develop and deliver training in psychological therapies for multidisciplinary staff.</p>   <h3>About us</h3>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8B Principal Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT). You would join our community-based psychological therapies service for working age adults within secondary care services; you would work within our Community Mental Health Team in Walsall Northand potentially across the locality according to service need.</p>  <p>We are a combination of Practitioner Psychologists, CBT Therapists and DBT Therapists offering a range of group and individual therapies in line with recovery models of care and trauma-informed practice. There are opportunities to apply and develop your time-limited psychological skills in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, CAT and ISTDP.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We see clients with a range of complex mental health problems including CPTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and moderate to severe presentations of depression and anxiety. We fully invest in the support and wellbeing of our staff. Staff have regular appropriate supervision, reflective practice and access to CPD to support professional growth.</p>  <p>We also provide opportunities in leadership, developing others, developing advanced therapeutic skills, and service/organisational development. </p> <p>As part of Community Transformation, psychological therapies are fully integrated into four Community Mental Health Teams across our four localities (Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall). We work within a strong multi-disciplinary ethos, with very good links with staff from Tier 1, our Recovery College and VCSE partners.</p> <p>The core CMHTs are supported by specialist services which also include psychological therapists: Complex Emotional Needs Service; Eating Disorders; Perinatal Services; 18-25s Transitions Team; Early Intervention in Psychosis; Clinical Health Psychology.</p>  <p>Whilst Operational managers provide our line management, we provide strong professional leadership, clinical supervision and support to all our psychological staff. Psychology is a vital and influential field, represented at every level in our Trust, including our Chief Therapies Officer and also our Chief Clinical Information Officer who are both Consultant Clinical Psychologists.</p>

  <p>Dorset CAMHS is recruiting a Lead Clinician for a fixed term period of 6 months to support the expansion of the Mental Health in Schools Support Team based in North &amp; East Dorset.</p> <p>The Mental Health Support Teams are part of an exciting trailblazer project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners, withthe aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. There is a specific focus on developing moreaccess to helping and improving the general culture of emotional support within all primary and secondary schools including special educationalprovisions and Pupil Referral Units.</p> <p>We are looking for a confident professional with a demonstrable track record of providing quality evidenced based interventions. You will have significant experience of supervising clinicians and be able to evidence operational leadership skills and abilities.   <p>Priory Hospital Bristol is looking to recruit an Addictions Therapy Lead to join the team. This is apart-timerole working 22.5 hours per week.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul> <li>Report to the Therapy Services Manager (TSM) and manage the ATP inpatient therapy provision, aftercare, and related resources.</li> <li>Collaborate with dedicated therapy teams known for delivering high-quality care.</li> <li>Provide specialist assessment, formulation, and treatment for clients.</li> <li>Lead and support a team of addiction therapists at Priory Hospital Bristol.</li> <li>Ensure a high-quality inpatient programme for addiction patients that meets the standards of PMI partners and Priory.</li></ul>
