  <p>The Podiatry Service at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation NHS Trust (WCHC) has an exciting opportunity for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic newly/recently qualified podiatrists to join our committed and friendly team. </p> <p>As a newly/recently qualified podiatrist you will be supported by our experienced team of podiatrists, podiatry assistants and admin support staff. Together we will build on the experience and knowledge you have already gained to enable you to safely assess and treat a wide range of complex podiatry conditions for patients with a variety of other clinical needs, including: acute or chronic, neuropathies, chronic diseases, vascular problems, wound management and nail surgery.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>WCHC is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation. We work closely with our local acute Trust to support their high-risk diabetic out-patient clinics and there will be opportunities to shadow and develop your skills in this area. We also manufacture our own insoles using state of the art CAD-CAM technology and pressure mapping technology as well as developing new pathways and services to improve patient experience and outcomes.</p> <p>Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a podiatrist (or on qualification), you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals. Good IT skills are essential as the role requires working across a range of clinical systems. </p> <p>We will provide a fully structured induction programme and weactively support CPD and personal development for all staff and we will provide opportunities to develop within the role.</p> <p>The Podiatry Service is delivered from a number of community clinics, GP practices as well as nursing homes and domiciliary settings across Wirral, therefore you must have access to your own transport for work purposes. </p> <p>Wirral has excellent transport links to North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, as well as the historic city of Chester. </p>

  <p>We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Technician to support the Occupational Therapy team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals experiencing mental health conditions.</p><p>The OT Technician plays a key role in facilitating therapeutic activities, promoting recovery and ensuring safe and effective discharge. Working under the supervision of registered Occupational Therapists, the role involves engaging patients in meaningful occupations that support their mental well-being and rehabilitation. The OT Technician will play an important role in preparing and completing assessments to enable successful discharging.</p>

You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team treating patients with cancer using radiation in an innovative and ever developing field of healthcare. Southampton's Radiotherapy department is newly equipped with state-of-the-art treatment Linacs with Surface-Guided technology fitted on all of these. </p>

The aim of the role is to provide group interventions, using recovery principles, in order to improve the service users' quality of life and to support them to do the things they want to do and live the life they want to lead. The post holder will receive regular supervision by the Team Manager and opportunities for training through CNWL Learning and Development and the Recovery and Wellbeing College. <p>We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our progressive and friendly radiotherapy team. Our department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Elekta Linear Accelerators and a Halcyon system with Ethos software--enabling the delivery of advanced adaptive radiotherapy.  We use CRAD SGRT throughout the department. We also operate a busy and well-established brachytherapy service, treating a range of prostate, gynaecological, and skin cancers. Imaging is supported by a Toshiba wide bore CT scanner.</p>
<p>This competency-based role offers flexibility and scope for development. You will have the opportunity to rotate through all key areas of the department--including CT, pre-treatment checking, treatment, and brachytherapy--or, if preferred, specialise in an area aligned with your experience and interests.</p>
<p>We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to working. The role will include participation in shift patterns and extended hours to meet service capacity and patient demand.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Health Care Support Worker will work as part of the Canadian Wing team with the supervision of registered practitioners to provide safe and effective patient focused care at all times.</p>
<p>Contribute to the development of the care environment with a positive, professional attitude.</p>
<p>Contribute to the maintenance of daily provision of service and care to meet the individual needs of patients and the department.</p>
<p>To support the smooth running of the ward and ensure patients, relatives and carers are supported in a friendly and efficient manner.</p>
<p>You will also ensure that policies and guidelines are adhered to.</p>

<li>To prepare bed spaces in preparation for receiving patients</li>
<li>Assist to ensure the ward is restocked and have shared responsibility for maintaining the cleaning of clinical areas</li>
<li>To assist with the admission and discharge of patients</li>
<li>The post holder will be required to work as part of a skilled team to support the provision of an effective and safe clinical service</li>
<li>Work as part of a team under supervision to provide a safe, effective environment of care for patients, relatives and their carers. Under direction of a registered practitioner, to support a comprehensive level of care, maintaining high standards and continuity of care to patients</li>

<li>Under the direction of a registered practitioner, undertake a range of delegated clinical duties including record keeping, patient observations and specimen handling</li>
