  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To work as a Specialist Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist as part of psychological therapy and psychology services within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and care pathways.</p><p>To provide a comprehensive, highly specialist cognitive behavioural psychotherapy service to young people with complex problems for which CBT is evidenced to be clinically effective.

This includes working with children and adolescents who may present with severe and treatment resistant disorders with co-existing conditions.</p><p>To use a broad theoretical knowledge base to provide specialist cognitive behavioural assessments and formulations that inform highly skilled CBT interventions.</p><p>To work as a highly skilled autonomous practitioner, managing a caseload under clinical and case management supervision. To offer consultation and guidance to other mental health professionals, other treatment pathways and community colleagues.</p><p>To contribute to the ongoing development of CBT practice taking into account advances in treatment, theory and research.</p><p>This post requires in-person attendance at clinics, meetings, assessments and liaison with other professionals, which could include attending MDT meetings, for example Strat meetings, child in need and more.   <p>Wellbeing Suffolk service is a NHS Talking Therapies programme, providing primary care assessment, advice and psychological interventions to people in Suffolk, who want help with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood. Interventions are delivered both face to face and remotely through telephone and video call. </p> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a <strong>Step 3 Clinical Supervisor </strong>with extensive experience of delivering CBT, to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical supervision (including case management) to Step 3 clinicians, ensuring supervisees work safely and professionally, adhering to NICE guidelines and professional/service guidance. </p> <p>Applicants must hold full accreditation with the BABCP and will have experience of offering clinical supervision to other therapists.</p> <p>This is a permanent position. The service has sites in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. There will be an expectation of both working from service sites and home working. </p>

  <p>As part of the role you will be involved in assisting the clinical leadership team in supporting and developing the High Intensity part of the service and helping the service achieve its required key performance indicators. </p> <p>You will also be responsible for your own, small caseload.    <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 8a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to join our multi disciplinary CAMHS service in Bolton. Consideration will also be given to newly qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapists or those approaching qualification, for whom this would be a development post moving to a Band 8a following 2 years post qualification and preceptorship.</p> <p>The postholder will be expected to ensure delivery and development of a high-quality specialist assessment and intervention offer underpinned by a systemic framework to compliment the range of psychological/therapeutic services within the multi-disciplinary service.   <p>We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate your commitment to providing high quality care and counselling for depression at Step 3. You will be delivering counselling for depression using a stepped care model in line with the national IAPT programme and latest NICE guidance for psychological interventions. The role involves delivering one to one Counselling, Assessments and therapeutic groups.</p>
<p>You must demonstrate a commitment to Continuing Professional Development and be prepared to attend training in the Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CFD) IAPT training at Metanoia with a desirable commitment to Mind Matters of 1.5 years post training completion/award of qualification (not just attending the course).</p>
