  <p>Within this role, you will: </p><ul> <li>Be responsible for the administration of medication to patients and the associated medication management activities, including audits and stock checks under the direction of the Clinical Lead and the Pharmacist Manager.</li> <li>Work autonomously within guidelines, standard operating procedures and Medicine Policy and:</li> <li>Work as an active member of the Pharmaceutical team to assist in ensuring the delivery of a legal, safe, high quality specialist prison pharmaceutical service which reflects National and local policy and priorities, taking into account the high level of security that must be maintained at all times</li> <li>Undertake provision of a medicines administration service to the patients</li> <li>Provide, in conjunction with the appropriate Clinical practitioners, a wing technician medicine management service on allocated wings</li> <li>Support implementation of medicine management strategy and associated services and projects across the prison</li> <li>Assist in the delivery of cost-effective prescribing, the medicines optimisation strategy and management of medication budget</li> <li>Promote safe pharmacy practice within the prison including providing advice and training to patients and staff</li></ul>  <h3>About us</h3>

Psychosocial Recovery Worker

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CAMHS Clinician to join the NCL Home Treatment Team in CYPMHS as CAMHS Practitioner. NCEL CAMHS Home Treatment Team (HTT) provides a community based intensive provision as an alternative to in-patient care for children and young people. HTT service operates within the NHS Long Term Plan and NCEL objectives, focusing on improving access, reducing hospital admissions, and ensuring timely, community-based support for mental health needs. This specification is aligned with the recommendations outlined in the NHS England Guidance (2024) "Urgent and Emergency Mental Health Care for Children and Young People: National Implementation Guidance."</p> <p>HTT offers intensive, short-term interventions designed to stabilise the individual and their family environment, promoting recovery and preventing the need for inpatient care. The service ensures that care is delivered close to home, reducing unnecessary hospital admissions, and promoting recovery through tailored evidence-based interventions. The service operates under the governance of the NCEL Provider Collaborative.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p> To participate in the NCL HTT rapid response to urgent cases including assessment, outreach work, monitoring of risk, mental state and medication side effects, and liaising closely with clinicians involved with the case. To be able to utilise skills flexibly so that interventions can be planned and implemented for clients at home and in other settings. </p> <p> To offer clinical support to staff to enable specialist assessment and treatment to children and young people and their families including those with complex and severe mental health problems in line with the iThrive model.</p> <p> To take part in case conferences, review meetings and planning meetings as appropriate.</p> <p> To offer advice to other professionals within CAMHS and externally, as well as share their expertise in the management of complex cases in a variety of settings.</p> <p> To provide specialist consultation to the families and others involved in the care of the young person.</p> <p> To communicate in a clear and sensitive manner, information concerning the assessment, formulation and treatment plans for service users and to monitor progress.</p> <p>To work in partnership with key agencies to ensure easy access for children and families into CAMHS.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Working in partnership with the team, the postholder will ensure that excellent clinical standards are maintained.</p> <p>Effective caseload management will be supported by robust and efficient individual and team supervision processes. Always working within the overarching legal framework, the postholder will demonstrate effective clinical practice in their day-to-day work.</p> <p><strong>NOTE:</strong> This post is open to newly qualified social workers. In line with AWP Trust policy, all newly qualified social workers (NQSWs) will initially be recruited at Band 5 level, regardless of the advertised role banding.   <p><strong>The Community Therapy Service team in Wallingford is looking for an enthusiastic clinician with an interest in Mental Health to join the team as a Senior Band 6 in a part time capacity of 30 hours per week.</strong></p> <p><strong>Could this be you?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a senior clinician with a mental health background, who is enthusiastic to develop their clinical practice within innovative and supportive multidisciplinary teams, treating patients in their own homes.</p> <p>The Community Therapy Service aims to provide high quality integrated therapy services working as a key member of the community MDT .   <p>As a Mental Health Practitioner - Physiotherapist you will provide high quality mental health rehabilitation to patients referred to or within the Community Therapy Service (CTS). You will use your expertise to help support other CTS practitioners achieve rehabilitation goals. In addition to this you will be supporting our community response physical health pathway.</p>
<p>You will also work closely with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to minimise duplication, maximise efficiency and facilitate a seamless pathway between the two services for the patient understanding the roles and responsibilities of the clinicians for establishing and delivering a care plan for the patient.</p>
