<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.</p>
<p>We are currently recruiting an experienced group work facilitator, working alongside a teams of experienced Recovery Workers across our Fareham, Gosport and Havant sites.</p>
<p>The role may involve occasionally covering for other group facilitators in Hampshire, as well as supporting the hub Recovery Workers based on service need.</p>
<p>We have a bespoke structured group work programme which the Group Facilitator will be responsible for delivering, as well as additional groups based on the needs of the clients - this can include SMART groups, auricular acupuncture, mindfulness and meditation and substance specific groups.</p>

  <p>Full-time permanent Group Facilitator Recovery Worker (working 37.5 hours per week) across the South of Hampshire (Fareham, Gosport, Havant).</p> <p>Group facilitation in Inclusion Fareham, Gosport and Havant Hubs.Referral and implementation of groups (structured and unstructured)Training of volunteers and other staff in group facilitation.Covering other sites for group facilitation</p> <p>Where required, supporting the team with duty or caseload managementActive Risk assessing and risk management.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be provided with relevant training to support the facilitation of groups, and will be a key part of our quality assurance processes around groups; participating in groupwork audits, providing peer to peer feedback to other facilitators and co-facilitating groups with others.</p>

The team comprises of staff from a range of professional backgrounds (including nursing, occupational therapy and clinical psychology). The service provides a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) programme at two locations across the county, and leads on the delivery of Structured Clinical Management (SCM) across general secondary mental health services. Alongside this, the service also frequently delivers training to community and inpatient teams and benefits from an established group of experts by experience who are passionate about promoting hope, improving services and co-developing and delivering staff training.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This post will give the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their capabilities within a highly supportive and motivated multidisciplinary team. </p> <p>DBT training can be provided if required and other team members have been supported to attend the Health Education England (HEE) Post Graduate Diploma in DBT. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Northumberland Talking Therapies has an exciting opportunity to recruit a qualified PWP who holds accreditation with either the BABCP or BPS and is keen to develop their skills and experience within our
organisation, working to
deliver low intensity service provision to residents from the Northumberland
area. The position can be offered as a minimum of 22.5 hours or up to and including full time.</p><p>Although our PWPs currently work a combination of home based days and office days, we regret we are not able to offer a fully remote position.</p><p>The
post-holder will work within a service where caseload is monitored on booked
appointments, and which offers fantastic progression opportunities from supervisor
training to Senior PWP positions.</p><p>The
post-holder will provide low intensity interventions including a
range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management
interventions to clients experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression.

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>In
this role you will:</p><p>Undertake
initial service assessments</p><p>Provide
a range of low intensity guided self-helpinterventions through via computerised CBT, telephone, video, and face to face appointments.</p><p>Facilitate step 2 psycho educational online groups.</p><p>Have
the opportunity to contribute to a number of innovative service improvement projects.
The service has a number of Special Interest Groups which seek to improve and innovate the service offered to particular groups of clients. This includes but is
not limited to perinatal, LGBT+, long term health conditions, and young people.</p><p>Have
the opportunity to act as a mentor to trainee PWPs</p><p>Attend regular line management, case management and clinical skills supervision</p><p>Work closely with other PWPs to support one another and utilise skills and knowledge</p><p>Attend CPD events</p>

<p>Wolverhampton Talking Therapies Service within the Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression services to the local population of Wolverhampton.</p>
<p>The service offers a number of evidence-based psychological interventions both at step 2 and step 3 as proposed by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance. The service endeavours to offer the local population a full range of evidence-based psychological interventions, within a stepped care approach, to a high standard and quality .</p>
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen in the team for one permanent and full-time Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join and contribute to the innovation and success of our well-established Talking Therapies service.</p>

  <p>The post holders will work alongside other Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and will be required to assist in providing line management, supervision, direction, and development to the step 2 workforce. The post holders will also have a significant role to play with the development of trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.</p>

  <p>The step 2 service offers a combination of Computerised Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Telephone one-to-one Low Intensity CBT, and face-to-face one-to-one Low Intensity CBT. The service endeavours to introduce group interventions at step 2 and post holders will be key in developing and shaping the content and delivery of step 2 groups to sit alongside the aforementioned interventions.</p>

  <p>We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Peer Specialists ready to use their personal journey to inspire hope and guide others through self-defined mental health crisis.</p> <p>The Retreat - based in Weymouth (subject to final arrangements in a move of current base) offer an open access crisis mental health service every evening; providing a welcoming, safe space for people to come and receive support, without referral or judgement.</p> <p>The partnership between lived and clinical experience is fundamental to the ethos and values of the Retreats, and you will work alongside Registered Practitioners in this role. As a vital member of our team, you will provide practical support and peer-led guidance to help visitors and their support networks regain control and hope while navigating challenging moments and moving forward in their recovery. By sharing your lived experience, you will foster trust, hope and promote self-determination.</p> <p>You'll receive comprehensive induction and specialist training, including trauma-informed care and collaborative working practices, to ensure you can use your experience to create real, lasting impact.</p> <p><strong>Full and part time hours are available (minimum 15 hours or 2 shifts per week). The service operates 365 days of the year, and whilst all reasonable flexible working requests will be considered, shift times are set at 16:00-midnight, in line with the opening hours of the service.</strong></p>

The direct work may be one to one or in a group setting. Peer Groups will be lead by the peer support worker and therapeutic groups will be co-facilitated. CAMHS Peer Support Worker

  <p>Are you committed to leading and delivering quality driven mental health services?</p><p>Do you value working positively, respectfully and collaboratively?</p><p>Would you be interested in an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Assistant Team Manager within New Forest CAMHS?</p><p>If so and you are a registered mental health nurse, occupational therapist, psychologist, social worker, or other allied health professional with leadership skills and a passion for working with young people and their families, we would love to hear from you</p><p>As an Assistant Team Manager, you would spend 50% of your time supporting the operational functions of the team and 50% assessing and working with, a range of children and young people with complex and moderate to severe mental health difficulties. The service delivers a stepped care pathway model for access to evidenced based treatment for children and young people, according to their presenting needs including a Groups programme, 1:1 work and parent/family focused interventions.</p><p>In return we offer a service that has an excellent track record, and a commitment to robust evidence-based supervision and ongoing training, and is a service that is also focused on staff support and well-being. Training and development opportunities are available , including a New to Hampshire CAMHS induction programme, in house training and a commitment to ongoing CPD.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul><li>To carry a clinical caseload, the management of complex cases and supporting staff in management of such cases.</li><li>Ensure effective risk management is present in the team.</li><li>To demonstrate strong leadership and management skills</li><li>To provide oversight of team caseloads and activity and ensuring the team functions in line with core business.</li><li>To be able to balance the demands of management and clinical work</li><li>To show initiative and innovative practice in an environment which is often busy and dynamic.</li><li>Line Management and supervision of staff.</li><li>To be an excellent communicator and show initiative in the compassionate leadership of a team which is innovative, creative and continually developing</li><li>Performance monitoring and management.</li><li>To deliver a service ensuring maximum value in terms of clinical and cost effectiveness.</li><li>Deputising for the Service Manager in their absence</li><li>Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with partners and other colleagues both internal and external to SPFT in the further development of our care pathways.</li><li>Collaborate with your peers to drive positive change and creating a working environment where others can thrive.</li><li>To coordinate recruitment and selection of staff within the team, leading on decisions as designated by the service manager.</li><li>To respond to SUIs as appropriate and support any subsequent investigation</li><li>To respond to complaints</li></ul>
