  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our acute mental health teams in St Albans/Stevenage. There may also be options to work at our site in Kingfisher Court, Radlett.</p> <p>The postholder will provide occupational therapy expertise within the multi-disciplinary team, including specialist assessment, individual, and group work intervention. They will have a leadership &amp; supervisory role in the OT team. The teams consist of occupational therapists, a physiotherapist, arts therapists, a horticulturalist, psychologists as well as a full MDT.</p> <p>There are regular opportunities to network with other OTs to share ideas and good practice, engage in CPD and funded external courses including Masters or PGDip level study in a variety of specialties such as Sensory Integration, Trauma Informed Care &amp; Reducing Restrictive Practice.</p> <p>Dependent on the successful candidate's experience, this post will either commence as a Band 6 post, or as a Band 5-6 Development post. Robust supervision from the Band 7 and 8 OTs with growth opportunities will support the post-holder to transition successfully from a Band 5 to a Band 6 level using a bespoke training package and competency framework. Ideally individuals will make the transition to Band 6 within six months of starting in post however this will be assessed on an individual basis. </p>

You should have experience of working with service users with complex mental health including dual diagnosis and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder presentations. Additionally, you will be familiar with the needs of local community of Newham and challenges of working with wider social determinants of health. </p> <p>You would be joining a dynamic psychological professionals' department within secondary care in Newham which offers a variety of evidence based interventions, as well as values practice based evidence, adapted therapies and co-production. You will have access to clinical supervision and professional management support from the Consultant Psychological Lead, and operational management support from a Senior Manager in community services</p>

This specialist provision delivers intensive, evidence-based care to children &amp; young people experiencing moderate to severe eating disorders.   <p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Mental Health Practitioner / Supervisor (SMHP) to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) within Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.</p><p>This is a varied and rewarding role, where you will hold a small clinical caseload of children and young people (CYP) with low to moderate mental health concerns, deliver early interventions in line with the CAMHS model, and provide up to 10 sessions per young person.   <p>We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive RTS Team Leader to join our Health &amp; Fitness Department at Broadmoor Hospital.   <p>The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of staff in the identified RTS area.</p> <p>They will be responsible for ensuring that staff complete the daily, weekly and quarterly environmental checks and all safety and security procedures are completed in an accurate and timely manner.</p> <p>To provide leadership and taking responsibility for the direct supervision of up to 3 band 5 staff and the management of overseeing the managing the annual leave, sickness and Personal Development Reviews (PDR's) for the staff in your areas of responsibility.</p> <p>To ensure that staff you manage enter accurate and professional notes in patients RiO record and that the entries are validated in an acceptable time scale.</p> <p>The post hold will ensure that 100% patient update reports are completed in a comprehensive and meaningful format and patients' achievement and challenges are recorded professionally.
