  <p>To work within our 'directive' pathway providing structured therapies such as CBT/ ACT/ CFT (our other pathways are: exploratory, family, psychiatry/ mental health nursing)</p>
<p>Provide a high quality specialist clinical/ counselling psychologist/CBT therapy service to adult cancer patients within the context of the Adult Psychological Support Service, including assessment and evidence based interventions associated with the complex physical and psychological impacts of a cancer diagnosis.</p>
<p>Work autonomously, within professional guidelines, code of conduct and the overall framework of the team/trust policies and procedures.</p>
<p>Provide specialist advice and consultation on patients' psychological care to colleagues through psychosocial meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings and attendance at clinics if appropriate.</p>
<p>Utilize research skills for audit, policy and development of psychological services for patients with cancer</p>
<p>Develop, organize, and deliver specialist psychological education and training for multi-professionals caring for individuals impacted by cancer; and patients and their carers as required by The Royal Marsden Trust in collaboration with other colleagues.</p>
<p>Offer, where appropriate, clinical supervision to attached trainee psychological practitioners, assistant psychologists working the team, clinical nurse specialists/ other members of health care team as appropriate.</p>

  <p>The Perinatal Mental Health Service has a diverse and highly skilled team of perinatal psychological therapists who are committed to providing evidence-based interventions to parents and families that are accessible and acceptable to the diverse South London population. We are recruiting for a permanent position with the Lewisham Perinatal Community Mental Health Team.</p>
<p>Our psychological workforce and the therapeutic modalities that we offer are a key part of delivering the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan. This post focuses primarily on delivery of perinatal psychological therapies for parental mental health problems, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). There is a focus on coproduction, quality, supervision and ongoing audit and evaluation, keeping the experience of service users at the heart.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to provide psychological assessment and intervention to women, birthing people and families in the perinatal period, as well as contribute to the multi-disciplinary team.</p>
<p>We would like to hear from those who have experience delivering psychological therapies in secondary care or within a MDT setting, and are proficient in delivering NICE concordant interventions for depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis and bipolar affective disorder.</p>
<p>You will ideally have experience of working with parents and families within the perinatal period and / or a keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this area. Specialist perinatal supervision will be provided and you will join a friendly and supportive team of specialist perinatal psychologists and psychological therapists.</p>



  <h3>About us</h3>
  <p>Perinatal Mental Health Teams (PMHTs) are secondary care mental health teams that specialise in supporting women and birthing people in the perinatal period (pregnancy and the postnatal period) who have severe and complex mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>We assess and treat a range of difficulties including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, personality disorders and eating disorders. The service is designed to provide timely input to women and their families to mitigate the impact of mental health disorder on the child.</p>
<p>We are a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, and nursery nursing. The service works closely with maternity/obstetric services as well as other agencies (e.g., health visiting and social services).   <p>We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new post of Paediatric Art Psychotherapist working with the Paediatric Liaison Team at the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel. The Paediatric Liaison Team, is a multidisciplinary team supporting the mental health needs of young people with physical health conditions under the care of the Royal London Hospital. </p> <p>The successful candidate will lead on developing an offer of art therapies for children and young people referred to the paediatric liaison team. They will provide specialist assessment and intervention to children and their families who are under the care of a wide range of paediatric teams, particularly to children who may have difficulties accessing talking therapies. The post holder will offer specialist advice and consultation on art based intervention to PLT and paediatric colleagues and contributing to psychologically informed care as part of the MDT. The post will also include liaison with external agencies and offering input to families who are both inpatient and in the community. There will be opportunities for service development and working closely with the MDT to offer new interventions, such as groups and workshops for children and their families. </p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Paediatric Liaison Team is a multidisciplinary team, including clinical and counselling psychologists, psychiatry and mental health nursing, which provides assessment, intervention and consultation for young people experiencing mental health difficulties or emotional distress associated with a physical health conditions who are under the care of the Royal London Hospital.</p> <p>This post has been piloted and has proven successful in demonstrating benefits of delivering art psychotherapy/art therapy within the paediatric liaison team to CYP and their families with physical health needs. The post holder will work closely with the clinical leads of the team to identify areas of need and suitability for art psychotherapy and to evaluate the outcomes of these interventions.</p> <p>They will be responsible for personally providing an expert level clinical service with a focus on Art Psychotherapy assessment and intervention for children and young people with physical health needs. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating Art Psychotherapy interventions within the multidisciplinary approach, both with the wider paediatric liaison team and with medical teams and play specialists and contribute to holistic care within the MDT.</p>

You will be providing a service to children with visual conditions and their families. </p> <p>The successful candidate will provide a specialist clinical psychology service to children and families referred to the Ophthalmology team at GOSH, working closely with consultants and allied health professionals. The role includes provision of psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions on a predominantly outpatient basis.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What we can offer:</strong></p> <p>You will be working with the Surgery &amp; Development Stream (a team of paediatric clinical psychologists) who offer psychological input to children under the care of thirteen medical specialties. In addition to your work with the Ophthalmology team you will contribute to the flexible delivery of psychology services across the stream, in response to new developments and organisational changes. </p> <p>We are one of three paediatric psychology streams within the hospital and sit within the wider psychological and mental health services. </p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a psychology team we draw on a range of therapeutic modalities including Narrative, CBT, Systemic, ACT, compassion focussed therapy. There are opportunities to work in creative, formulation-driven ways with young people and families. You will be offering individual, family, parent and group psychological interventions, as well as working within GOSH MDTs and with external agencies.</p> <p>There is a strong commitment to continuing professional development in line with job planning. A range of academic teaching is offered within the department as well as special interest groups in medicalised trauma, medically unexplained symptoms, narrative therapy, cognitive assessment, and others.
