<li>IAPT Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological therapies</li>
<li>BABCP Provisional/Full Accreditation</li>
<li>Recent evidence of working as a CBT Therapist within IAPT/NHS Talking Therapies</li>
<li>Good IT skills and excellent communication skills and demonstrable ability to work in a collaborative way with colleagues and other services.</li>
<li>There is a requirement to work a minimum of 1 late nights, Mon-Thursday until 8.00pm and to offer 2 in person clinics</li>
<li>In person clinics will be based across Surrey according to service need</li>
</ul>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Assess clients for suitability for psychological interventions</li>  <li>Formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for clients.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Treatment as necessary, conveying CBT and other psychological formulations with sensitivity in easily understood language.</li>  <li>Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the number of client contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week in order to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient.</li>  <li>Attend multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or clients in treatment, where appropriate.</li>  <li>Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service.</li>  <li>Keep coherent records of all clinical activity in line with service protocols</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate step-up and step-down arrangements are in place to maintain a stepped care approach.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Assess and integrate issues surrounding work and employment into the overall therapy process</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Carry out clinical audits of service performance, including service user surveys and evaluations, and help to collate and disseminate the results for feedback.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Liaise with other health and social care staff from a range of agencies in the care provided clients.</li> </ul>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 8a Child &amp; Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our multi disciplinary dynamic CAMHS service. Consideration will also be given too newly qualified child and adolescent Psychotherapist for whom this would be a development post moving to a Band 8a following 2 years post qualification.</p> <p>The role of the Child &amp; Adolescent Psychotherapist is to ensure delivery and development of a high-quality specialist assessment and intervention underpinned by a psycho-analytical framework to compliment the range of psychological/therapeutic services within the multi-disciplinary service.</p> <p>We offer a specialist service to families and young people through face-to-face contacts or indirectly by liaising closely with statutory and voluntary organisations. The Child &amp; Adolescent Psychotherapist will provide assessment, consultation, training, groups and individual interventions for parents/carers and infants, young children and their families and clinical supervision.</p> <p>Postholders will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values service users' and their carers and have a clear understanding of professional boundaries. <li>Ensure that interventions are planned in an integrated and co-ordinated manner particularly where dependent on other external agencies identified through supervision or complex case discussion.</li>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a member of the CAMHS team, you would participate in the core multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention work of the team, and engage in multi-agency liaison work as necessary. You would also be required to participate in the supervision, training and the overall governance requirements of SPFT CAMHS.</p> <p>We operate a pathways model and you would hold some clinical lead responsibilities within these, including decision-making around treatment options, and supervision of low intensity CBT practitioners and trainees. You would also play a lead role in our group interventions.</p> <p>You'd part of a very busy but lively and welcoming CAMHS team, which offers a wide range of individual, group and systemic interventions, and is involved in a number of innovative evaluation and research projects and service developments.   <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8B Principal Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT). You would join our community-based psychological therapies service for working age adults within secondary care services; you would work within our Community Mental Health Team in Walsall Northand potentially across the locality according to service need.</p>  <p>We are a combination of Practitioner Psychologists, CBT Therapists and DBT Therapists offering a range of group and individual therapies in line with recovery models of care and trauma-informed practice. There are opportunities to apply and develop your time-limited psychological skills in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, CAT and ISTDP.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We see clients with a range of complex mental health problems including CPTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and moderate to severe presentations of depression and anxiety. We fully invest in the support and wellbeing of our staff. Staff have regular appropriate supervision, reflective practice and access to CPD to support professional growth.</p>  <p>We also provide opportunities in leadership, developing others, developing advanced therapeutic skills, and service/organisational development. </p> <p>As part of Community Transformation, psychological therapies are fully integrated into four Community Mental Health Teams across our four localities (Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall). We work within a strong multi-disciplinary ethos, with very good links with staff from Tier 1, our Recovery College and VCSE partners.</p> <p>The core CMHTs are supported by specialist services which also include psychological therapists: Complex Emotional Needs Service; Eating Disorders; Perinatal Services; 18-25s Transitions Team; Early Intervention in Psychosis; Clinical Health Psychology.</p>  <p>Whilst Operational managers provide our line management, we provide strong professional leadership, clinical supervision and support to all our psychological staff. Psychology is a vital and influential field, represented at every level in our Trust, including our Chief Therapies Officer and also our Chief Clinical Information Officer who are both Consultant Clinical Psychologists.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role of a PWP is very dynamic, and though at its core is the treatment of Depression and anxiety, no two days are the same.</p>
<p>As a PWP you will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of competence and have experience working in mental health services . You will deliver Step 2 intervention to clients presenting with Depression and/or generalised anxiety disorder, using modalities of telephone, video, face-to-face and computerised.</p>
<p>Candidates are also expected to engage themselves in clinical and case management supervision, and be willing to undertake continuous professional development. A commitment to high quality client care, good organisational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential to this role.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8a Senior Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT). You would join our community-based psychological therapies service for working age adults within secondary care services; you would work within our Community Mental Health Team in Dudley Northand potentially across the locality according to service need.</p>  <p>We would also welcome applications from newly qualified Psychologists who are seeking a Preceptorship post from Band 7 to 8a.</p>  <p>We are a combination of Practitioner Psychologists, CBT Therapists and DBT Therapists offering a range of group and individual therapies in line with recovery models of care and trauma-informed practice. There are opportunities to apply and develop your time-limited psychological skills in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, CAT and brief psychodynamic therapy.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We see clients with a range of complex mental health problems including CPTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and moderate/severe presentations of depression and anxiety. We fully invest in the support and wellbeing of our staff. Staff have regular appropriate supervision, reflective practice and access to CPD to support professional growth.</p>  <p>We also provide opportunities in leadership, developing others, developing advanced therapeutic skills, and service/organisational development. </p> <p>As part of Community Transformation, psychological therapies are fully integrated into four Community Mental Health Teams across our four localities (Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall). We work within a strong multi-disciplinary ethos, with very good links with staff from Tier 1, our Recovery College and VCSE partners.</p> <p>The core CMHTs are supported by specialist services which also include psychological therapists: Complex Emotional Needs Service; Eating Disorders; Perinatal Services; 18-25s Transitions Team; Early Intervention in Psychosis; Clinical Health Psychology.</p>  <p>Whilst Operational managers provide our line management, we provide strong professional leadership, clinical supervision and support to all our psychological staff. Psychology is a vital and influential field, represented at every level in our Trust, including the roles of our Chief Therapies Officer, and also our Chief Clinical Information Officer who are both Consultant Clinical Psychologists.</p>
