The Opportunity
We're seeking a School Counselor who can support social-emotional development, guide academic and university pathways, and contribute to a whole-school culture of wellbeing. You'll work closely with our Head of Admissions & Counseling and collaborate with teachers, families, and leadership on student support.

Core Responsibilities (Your "Rocks")
Provide individual and small-group counseling for social-emotional concerns
Develop and deliver wellbeing curriculum and programming (aligned with RULER or similar frameworks)
Serve on safeguarding and student support teams
Partner with families and external professionals when additional support is needed
What You Bring
Master's degree in School Counseling, Educational Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in a school counseling role
Training in evidence-based approaches (CBT, solution-focused, trauma-informed)
Experience with developing a whole school preventive program
Understanding of child safeguarding responsibilities
