  <p></p><p><strong>Are you a newly qualified/soon to qualify Psychological professional looking for a new role in adult mental health? Or someone Psychological professional wanting to develop your systemic therapy skills?</strong></p>
<p>We are recruiting a part-time <strong>Clinical/Counselling Psychologist</strong>or <strong>Psychological Therapist</strong> with training in Systemic Psychotherapy or willingness to train in systemic therapy, to provide psychological assessments and interventions for adults with severe and/or complex mental health problems, their families and carers. This role is <strong>part-time working 30 hours per week.</strong></p>
<p>We also welcome applications from Clinical/Counselling Psychologists, or Psychological Therapists who are due to qualify soon.</p>
<p>Our enthusiastic, skilled and supportive team provides a range of therapies. You would contribute to the work of the team by joining the highly valued family therapy clinic and undertaking group and individual therapy with people seeking formulation-based CBT for developmental trauma and other complex difficulties.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p></p><p>You should be able to demonstrate your use of evidence-based practice in specialist adult mental health settings, including competence in cognitive-behavioural and third wave approaches and systemic interventions. If not already accredited, you will be willing to work towards accreditation with an accrediting body such as BABCP and/or AFT for which you will be fully supported.</p>
<p>As a member of Specialist Psychological Therapies you will work closely with colleagues in our adult mental health community and in-patient teams. You will also liaise with and support psychological therapists working at earlier steps in the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway. You will work with the Clinical Lead, Locality Leads, Team Manager and your team to ensure that the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway achieves its key objectives of delivering integrated, safe, accessible, responsive, effective and caring services to people in Buckinghamshire. You will ensure the service you provide is of a high quality and meets national guidance as well as meeting local and nationally agreed targets.</p>
<p>Please note if you are based outside of the UK you will need to hold HCPC registration in order to be considered for this role. The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.</p>

  <p></p><p>An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time band 6 Occupational Therapist within the Integrated Independence Team (Rapid Response Team).</p> <p>We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to be part of the Emergency department and community rapid response service within the Integrated Independence Team. This will be offered as permanent and full-time for an existing band 6 therapist or experienced band 5 therapist.</p> <p>The Integrated Independence Team is an integrated health and social care service provided jointly by Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and London Borough of Hackney. The team places the user at the heart of the care planning process, and aims to promote independence, deliver outcome focused care, and provide a seamless journey through the care system.</p> <p>The team provides rapid response, intermediate care therapy and reablement services and consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychotherapists, Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Consultant Geriatricians, Social Workers, OT Technician, Care Support Coordinators, Care Support Workers, Therapy Assistants and Administration staff. The team will use integrated support planning to address health and social care needs across the pathway in a responsive, dynamic and flexible way.</p> <p>Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time, flexible working or compressed hours will be considered).</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p></p><p>We are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to provide a rapid response, senior Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment of complex patients within Emergency department, short stay unit and patients referred from the community in order to prevent admission to hospital and promote early discharge.</p> <p>In doing this you will work as part of a strong multidisciplinary team, within an interdisciplinary working model, to facilitate hospital discharge and prevent acute admission.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have strong experience as an Occupational Therapist in an Acute Therapy or Rapid Response setting. You should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>You will be encouraged to develop your clinical, teaching and management skills through opportunities within the team and in the wider organisation. You will have support from a Clinical Specialist Lead and experienced staff across the team.   <p></p><p>We are excited to be recruiting a clinical or counselling psychologist based in Tier 4 Aquarius general adolescent unit, based at Springfield University Hospital working with young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have regular opportunities for CPD and training.</p> <p>Aquarius ward offers a service for 12- to 17-year-olds experiencing a range of significant and multiple mental health difficulties requiring inpatient treatment. This post will be based within the Aquarius MDT, with strong links with the Adolescent Outreach Team. We are able to offer this role as a full time or part time position.</p> <p>Please note candidates need to be qualified clinical/counselling psychologists (or about to qualify) and registered with the Health &amp; Care Professions Council or clearly state in their application how they are planning to achieve this registration.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p></p><p>We will also consider applications from newly qualified and recently qualified Clinical/Counselling Psychologists eligible to occupy the post at band 7 in a preceptorship role. An applicant appointed to the band 7 preceptorship role will be supported through a preceptorship model that includes a professional and clinical development plan for continuing professional development training. A Preceptorship Clinical/Counselling Psychologist will be supported to acquire the knowledge, skills and experience that meet the person specifications for the post at band 8a after a period of 18 months. Where these conditions are met the post holder will be expected to progress to band 8a subject to successful interview.</p> <p>At Band 8a, there will be opportunities to attend supervision skills training, and supervise doctoral clinical psychology trainees, through strong links with the University of Surrey Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) Training Scheme</p> <p>Ideally the post holder will have experience of working within a specialist inpatient CAMHS service. We will offer in-house training, regular supervision and a thorough induction to all new staff. The post is a substantive role.</p>
