<p>We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity to join our<strong> Adult Mental Health Psychological Service </strong>as an <strong>Honorary Psychotherapist</strong>. This role is designed to support qualified psychodynamic psychotherapists in gaining valuable NHS experience and to contribute to the ongoing development of psychodynamic psychotherapy within specialist NHS mental health services.</p>
<p>As a team, we are committed to supporting psychodynamic practitioners in preparing for clinical work within the NHS and fostering the integration of psychoanalytic approaches into multidisciplinary mental health care.</p>
<p>You will be based at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury, working with the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies team-- a friendly, experienced group of psychological therapists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists. The service is embedded within a vibrant NHS environment that includes adult and older adult mental health services, a primary care mental health team, the Early Intervention Service for psychosis, the crisis team, and the community mental health team.</p>

<li>This is an unpaid honorary position, with flexible working arrangements available to accommodate other paid employment.</li>
<li>We ask for a minimum commitment of 2 patients per week, with an initial commitment of 6 months.</li>

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful person who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team both independently and with initiative. We are looking for a person who has the ability to provide specialist cognitive-behavioural therapy for psychosis and the ability to use their skills to support and motivate colleagues and clients.</p> <p>You will have experience of working alongside a range of other professionals to provide psychological advice and consultation regarding formulation and treatment.</p> <p>We welcome applications from newly or soon-to-be qualified clinical or counselling psychologists.   <p></p><p>This role is crucial in ensuring that patients get timely access to high quality specialist psychological treatments within the Bucks Early Intervention Service. <p>Due to significant business growth PAM Physio Solutions are looking to employ the skills of an enthusiastic and experienced occupational health occupational therapist to provide specialised workplace needs assessments and provide the opportunity to enhance their skills working for a large occupational health provider. They will be based and cover assessments in the South region as part of a nationwide team</p><p>We are looking for an&nbsp;<strong>Occupational Therapist</strong>&nbsp;who is passionate about the assessment of individuals with acute, chronic and complex health presentations to support their return to work or keep them in work. Using clinical reasoning to provide relevant solutions and recommendations.</p><p>Delivering evidence-based intervention to all patients, in line with RCOT and NICE guidelines, and in accordance with the PAM PPS clinical pathways.</p><p>Formulating treatment plans / goals, assisting and enabling patients to achieve their goals and targets.</p><p>Providing appropriate advice based on the patient’s medical, social and cultural circumstances.</p><p>Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, contemporaneous patient records in line with clinical professional standards of practice. You’ll be responsible for ensuring two directors are fully supported with their busy workload by handling their diary management, fulfilling reporting requirements, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes as well as delivering or supporting on key project work.<br>This role has a specific focus on manipulating and presenting data for reports, therefore you will need to have excellent Excel skills and Power BI experience would be beneficial.
