  <p><strong>Band 8a Practitioner Psychologist in Pain Management</strong>   This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enfield Pain Service (EPS) which serves patients who have a long-term pain condition e.g. chronic lower back pain, chronic widespread pain, fibromyalgia. The EPS is staffed by a supportive team of medical, physiotherapy and psychology professionals as we acknowledge that pain impacts a person's life in lots of different ways.   You'll be working under the supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to deliver psychological assessment and intervention (1:1 and group pain management programmes based on CBT/ACT/CFT) for this cohort of patients. You'll also be supporting the wider multidisciplinary team and liaising with relevant external community services e.g. Talking Therapies, MSK services, community mental health teams. As one of the senior clinicians in the service, you'll be managing and supervising other members of the EPS, leading on aspects of service delivery, evaluation and innovation, and taking on managerial duties to ensure the effective running of the service. Previous experience of working in Pain and/or Long-term Health Conditions is essential. Having additional training and experience in EMDR and PTSD would be advantageous.  Working in pain services can be incredibly rewarding, where psychology is highly valued, and you will develop your skills and experiences of working as a senior clinician and manager in a supportive team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>Provide specialist psychological assessment</li>
<li>Provide specialist 1:1 psychological interventions based on cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance &amp; commitment therapy and/or compassion focused therapy. </li>
<li>Provide clinical supervision and line management to staff.</li>
<li>Co-facilitate group pain management programmes (PMP's) and contribute to the development of PMP's</li>
<li>Contribute to the collection and analysis of outcome data of both individual and group interventions</li>
<li>Contribute to the management, delivery and performance of the service.</li>
<li>Offer advice and consultation on patients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and to other, non-professional carers, working autonomously within professional guidelines and within the overall framework of the services' policies and procedures</li>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting position has arisen for a psychologist or CBT therapist to join the Havering Early Intervention Psychosis Team for 6 months, fixed-term.</p>
<p>The post holder will join a well-established early intervention in psychosis service for people with a psychotic diagnosis and their families.</p>
<p>The post holder will join the EIP team, delivering CBT for psychosis with people aged between 14-65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.</p>
<p>The post will suit enthusiastic psychologist or CBT therapist with an interest in developing their skills in applying evidence-based psychological therapies with this client group and working with multi-disciplinary teams.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will provide assessment and evidence-based interventions for this client group . The post holder will be expected to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and offer support on psychological approaches to working with psychosis.</p>
<p>The post holder will be expected to participate in supervision and CPD focused on evidence-based interventions in psychosis.</p>
<p>In addition, the post holder will receive individual supervision and group supervision in CBT for psychosis. The service has practitioners interested in Narrative Exposure Therapy, EMDR and Family Intervention for Psychosis amongst other approaches.</p>
<p>The Trust has strong links with the UCL, UEL and Royal Holloway clinical psychology courses, several Counselling Psychology courses and the UCL CBTp diploma. Current members of the department are engaged in teaching and research projects with local clinical training courses.</p>

EIP Clinical/Counselling Psychologist

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Mental Health Support Teams are a service designed to help meet the mental health needs of children and young people in educational settings. The MHS Teams are made up of Senior Clinicians, CAMHS Practitioners, Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) and Children well being practitioners (CWP). They are based across education settings as an additional resource within a whole-system approach to promote resilience and well being, support earlier intervention, enable appropriate signposting and deliver evidence-based support, care and interventions.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>There are currently eight MHSTs across Luton, Central Bedfordshire and Bedford, working across 110 schools in total. The successful candidate will be employed by Bedfordshire &amp; Luton CAMHS (ELFT), where the MHSTs deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LI-CBT) and emotional wellbeing interventions. You will be equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and capabilities to work as a qualified core professional/EMHP/CWP, as an autonomous and responsible practitioner within your scope of practice, alongside education and health colleagues.</p> <p>You will be confident in providing support to young people and families with anxiety, low mood and challenging behaviours. It is based in an innovative, small service which reaches into our wards to supports those where relationship patterns contribute to long or repeat admissions.</p> <p>Working alongside a family and systemic psychotherapistwho leads the team and trainee clinical psychologists, this role will make a difference to those returning to their homes or accommodation in the community.</p> <p>Serving a diverse client population with a wide range of needs means this role offers an interesting and unique experience.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will directly contribute to the positive working environment within the multi-disciplinary team. They will consider the needs of families and networks. This may include representing the discipline in meetings, offering specialist systemic consultation or co-working as appropriate. The post holder will work across a number of settings including inpatient wards, community teams and supported accommodation and will form strong professional and therapeutic relationships with a wide variety of service users and stakeholders. They will require a high degree of professional autonomy and self-management and will be required to account for their professional practice through appraisal and audit</p>
