  <p>This is a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Child &amp; Adolescent Psychotherapistwith a particular passion for work with the Under 5s to join a highly specialist Early Intervention Service for children, young people and their families in the Royal Borough of Greenwich .</p>
<p>The Early Intervention Team provides a thriving multi-disciplinary service offering a range of consultations, assessments &amp; therapeutic treatments in both the community and at the main Greenwich CAMHS clinic.   <p>The successful candidate will be welcomed into a passionate and positive team of professionals, headed by a Counselling Psychologist within the psychology team, and made up of a Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Creative Arts Therapist, and an Assistant Psychologist. This team isoverseen within the wider therapy services umbrella headed by therapy manager and Occupational Therapist, Sarah Marsh.</p><p>There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and your passion, style and ambitions would be taken into account as you grow within the role.   <p>We are pleased to be recruiting for a Clinical /Counselling Psychologist for a Band 7, 12 month Fixed Term post in the Tower Hamlets Psychological Therapies Service (PTS).</p> <p>PTS is a friendly and supportive team, highly committed to providing effective treatments to adults with complex difficulties, including depression, anxiety and trauma. We are looking for someone who can provide specialist assessments and individual and group interventions in line with their competencies. Experience of working in more than one modality including CBT, Psychodynamic, MBT, DBT, EMDR, CFT and the capacity to integrate models is welcome.</p> <p>Our service model aims to meet the needs of the local population through working closely with the locality neighbourhood teams, including the complex emotional needs and personality disorder services.</p> <p>The post holder will be working predominantly in person in the service, however, a small, remote working component may be accommodated.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide specialist assessments and interventions for clients referred to the psychological therapies service. The post holder will be expected to provide both individual therapy and co-facilitate group interventions, in line with their professional competencies. </p> <p>To work closely with the locality neighbourhood teams to further develop care pathways, the management of risk and facilitate the provision of psychological therapy and psychologically informed care to the local population we serve.</p> <p>To develop and support the psychosocial work of other staff through teaching, training, supervision and consultation. </p> <p>To provide specialist advice to NHS and voluntary sector agencies concerning the assessment, treatment and management of service users.</p> <p>Follow defined practices and procedures under the management and co-ordination of the Operational Lead. To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice.</p> <p>Participate in CPD and other developmental activities, keeping up to date with relevant psychological research and national guidance (DoH, NICE etc).</p>

  <p>This is an exciting new position with an opportunity to join the children and young people county-wide eating disorder service in Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide a qualified leadership and delivery of family therapy and systemic principles to children, young people, and families within the Children &amp; Young People Eating Disorders Service (CYPEDS).</p> <p>Providing highly specialist family therapy at the same time as offering specialist advice, systemic supervision and consultation regarding formulations and treatment to NHS colleagues and external agencies.</p> <p>To support clinicians in working to the Maudsley model of treatment for eating disorders, in line with NICE guidelines and best practice guidelines. </p> <p>To take responsibility for supervision of trainees and systemic psychotherapists. </p> <p>Towork autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures. </p> <p>To contribute to the CPD training and development of other Cornwall Partnership Trust professionals as agreed with the Service Lead. </p> <p>To develop, implement and audit services for families and to initiate and participate in future service developments.</p>
