Women's Recovery Support Worker

Social Interest Group (SIG) is hiring a Female Recovery Worker to join our Women's Service based in Hove, Brighton. The role provides person-centred support to residents who have experienced homelessness, trauma, and complex needs, helping them meet personal goals through structured plans and activities.

You will work with internal and external partners to run programmes, monitor progress, and empower residents to take control of their lives in a safe, enabling environment.
