Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Support Time & Recovery Worker to join the Liaison & Diversion team in South Yorkshire. You will work across custody settings and collaborate with police, probation, courts and health services to support access to health needs and promote safe, offender-focused care.
The role covers weekday and weekend shifts on a 7am-7pm basis, with full-time hours, a commitment to learning and professional development, and a legal right to work in the UK required.
