			<p>Are you an experienced Psychologist looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference and changes lives for the better? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as a Lead Psychologist where you will lead on the development and delivery of psychology services at Spring Wood Lodge, a 25-bed rehabilitation and PICU inpatient service for adult women.</p>
<p>You will be leading the psychology department and working alongside members of the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT), to offer patient-centred care, implementing daily, meaningful activities which can support recovery.</p>
<p>This entails competently assessing unwell service users, including completing assessments, planning and implementing person-centred interventions and the ongoing evaluation of their care and treatment.</p>
<p>You will be required to oversee the provision of the psychology service, as well as supporting the team in facilitating assessment and formulation interventions and psychology groups in collaboration with the team.</p>

<p><strong>As a Lead Psychologist you will be:</strong></p>
<ul>
    <li>Provide psychological assessments based upon the appropriate use, interpretation, integration and communication of complex data from a variety of sources including psychological and neuropsychological testing, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with service users, carers and other relevant stakeholders involved in the service user’s care and recovery.</li>
    <li>Lead on formulation of plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of service users’ mental health and broader psychosocial needs utilising appropriate, evidence-based clinical frameworks</li>
    <li>Implement a range of psychological interventions for individuals within and across teams employed individually and in synthesis, adjusting and refining psychological formulations drawing upon different explanatory models and maintaining a number of provisional hypotheses.</li>
    <li>Develop and manage groupwork programmes and innovative therapeutic approaches. To ensure that appropriate outcome measures are in place.</li>
    <li>Ensure that Psychology practices in the specified area of service maintains the highest standards of professional practice and ethics, complying with clinical governance standards at all times.</li>
    <li>Supports in the development and delivery of training programmes to aid the development of staff teams in a given service area.</li>
    <li>Providing clinical supervision to Assistant Psychologists, as directed by the Lead Psychologist.</li>

<p><strong>To be successful in this role, you'll need:</strong></p>
<ul>
    <li>Successful completion of a Doctorate in either Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychology or the British Psychological Society’s Stage 2 training in Forensic Psychology, enabling registration with the HCPC as as Practitioner Psychologist.</li>
    <li>Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society.</li>
    <li>Experience (either pre-training, on training, or subsequently) of working with service users with complex needs, including but not limited to neurodivergence, complex trauma, learning difficulties, personality disorder and/or who have transferred from CAMHS to adult services for the first time relevant to the population in the service area.</li>
    <li>Competency in advanced clinical psychological assessment and formulation skills relevant to our service user group</li>
    <li>Competency as regards risk assessment/management tools and formulation.</li>
    <li>Advanced clinical therapeutic skills, both individual and group-based: - Experience with a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of complex clinical and/or forensic issues and needs.</li>
    <li>Clinical supervision and delegated line management responsibility for Assistant Psychologists; trainee psychologists (where applicable) and Clinical Associate Psychologists</li>
    <li>Psychology-led workforce development interventions, including but not limited to facilitating reflective practice and relevant practical knowledge and skills workshops for staff of all disciplines and grades</li>

<p>This permanent Consultant Psychiatrist position (37.5 hours per week) will see you join the established multidisciplinary team at Spring Wood Lodge. The service has 21 beds across two wards in a locked rehabilitation setting providing treatment for women with mental disorders including personality disorders. The wards are well supported by a full complement of multidisciplinary team.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will act as a Consultant / Responsible Clinician for patients in this setting. You will have CCT in General Adult or Forensic psychiatry and experience of working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.&nbsp; You will be part of an environment that specialises in providing rehabilitation utilising positive behavioural support principles and empowering service users in their recovery.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Spring Wood Lodge is located in the outskirts of Leeds at Guiseley and has close links to NHS services with established care pathways. It has excellent transport links to Bradford, Leeds and is within a short distance of Yorkshire Dales National Park.</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
    <li>Taking clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, strategic reviews and the development of a therapeutic milieu.</li>
    <li>Fulfilling the role of Responsible Clinician to patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983).</li>
    <li>Offering a psychiatric perspective to the multidisciplinary team in relation to the assessment, formulation and treatment of patients.</li>
    <li>Contributing to management meetings and clinical governance meetings for the services provided at the hospital, and contributing to the development of service strategy.</li>
    <li>Contributing to in-house training programmes within the services and offering supervision to other members of the multi-disciplinary team, particularly junior medical staff.</li>
    <li>Maintaining CPD and re-validation requirements, as determined by the Royal College of Psychiatrists or other relevant statutory bodies.</li>

  <p>The West York Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) are looking to appoint a Band 8a Highly Specialist Applied Psychologist to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team.</p> <p>Applicants will be required to have post-graduate training (doctoral level equivalent) in clinical / counselling / forensic psychology (or its equivalent prior to 1996) as accredited by the BPS and be registered in as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. Significant experience and competencies in delivering and supervising evidence based psychological intervention for SMHP is also essential.</p> <p>Although this post is advertised as an 8a post, we are willing to consider applications from Psychologists who do not yet meet the essential criteria for a Band 8a, but who would be interested in undertaking the post at a Band 7 initially, with a supportive plan for development and progression in due course.</p> <p>We welcome applications from staff who are currently coming to the end of their training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology that on successful completion will achieve the required qualification and registration with HCPC as Practitioner Psychologist.   <p>Would you like to be part of a new, exciting and innovative service working with young people with an ethos of prevention and early intervention?</p> <p>In line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the new Mental Health Support Teams (named by children and young people in the region as Wellbeing in Mind teams) are an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in England. We currently have 5 Wellbeing in Mind teams across North Yorkshire, which are embedded within education settings</p> <p>We are looking to recruit a new Education Mental Health Practitioner. The successful candidates will become part of a team delivering support to schools in the Selby area.</p> <p><strong>Applicants must have successfully completed the 1 year Post Graduate Certificate 'Education Mental Health Practitioner' course and be registered with either the BABCP or BPS.</strong></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Wellbeing in Mind team has 3 functions:</p> <ol>  <li>Support the development of a whole-school or college approach to wellbeing. This can include, but is not limited to, supporting sites to develop and implement mental health and wellbeing policies, development of resources, supporting campaigns and delivering training, assemblies and PHSE curriculum.</li>  <li>Provide timely advice and consultation to education staff. This is designed to support teaching staff to build their skills and confidence in supporting the wellbeing needs of their students/pupils. This is offered in both a formal and informal way.</li>  <li>Undertake direct assessments and intervention for young people within education. We offer a low intensity service model, predominantly using cognitive-behavioural therapy.</li> </ol> <p>Each function accounts for a third of the team's workload.</p> <p>Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.</p>

We are looking to recruit a Senior TEMHP co-ordinator on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave up to November 2026. You will be expected to support the provision of high quality care to children, young people (CYP) and their families, and to offer clinical leadership across the service. You will also be a part of the wider services leadership team, contributing to service development and partnership working. The MMST offers early intervention mental health support to children, young people, and their families within schools, colleges, and education provisions across Leeds. We are continually growing and supporting a newly developing workforce of EMHP's. Due to the nature of the role and the days in which trainees are in university and service based, there would be an expectation that your working days would atleast cover Mondays and Tuesdays.

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity to develop this role for this next year. As a Senior co-ordinator you will be expected to have an excellent understanding of what low intensity CBT is and be a point of contact for all trainee EMHPs within the service. You will be knowledgeable about the university expectation and balance this alongside service target requirements. A key skill you will bring to the role is prioritisation to ensure the effective throughput of cases.
 There will be a core expectation that you have regular liaison with the university to ensure affective communication, between the service, university and trainee EMHPs to support them in their completion of the university course within the year. You will be expected to be the point of contact for the service for any challenges/concerns being raised regarding the trainee EMHP and to ensure regular communication with team managers and the service manager if escalation is needed. 
You will also be expected to ensure that the trainee EMHPs are supported in their clinical decision making. This will include identifying suitable allocations, further training needs, ensuring their supervision needs are met, offering enhanced supervision if challenges are identified and potentially offering specific case formulation/group supervision.  
We welcome individuals who have a drive to improve service delivery as there will be opportunities to shape the way the service works. SCPs are expected to hold a small caseload of CYP.
