CAMEO is a specialist, intensive day treatment personality disorder service for high-risk women with complex needs. The service offers a range of psychological interventions, aiming to alleviate distress for the individual, improve emotional regulation and reduce levels of risk. CAMEO is part of the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway (OPD) and is a partnership service between BSMHFT, HMPPS and Anawim, a third sector Women's charity. Our services are passionate about providing person centered, trauma informed care, and providing the best possible care experience for our service users.</p> <p>We welcome applications from people interested in working with complex presentations, balancing clinical need with risk management. A core part will be to work alongside colleagues from a range of disciplines sharing psychological knowledge and consistently improving the psychological mindedness of the service.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Post holders, under the supervision of a qualified psychologist, will assist in delivering a range of individual and group interventions addressing emotional, behavioural and relational factors in order to improve service users' recovery and wellbeing. The post holders will support the direct assessment, formulation, and delivery of interventions to address the full range of complex forensic mental health problems. They will also contribute to the production of risk assessments and be key in providing psychologically informed advice and support for those directly involved in the care of the individual. They would also support training, supervision, and evaluation of the delivery of individual behavioural management plans, risk management activity and service user involvement. The post holders should have some experience in providing some supervision to a staff group and be able to identify and co-ordinate the need for systemic support. Ideally, post holders may also have a background in some of the following: teaching, counselling, social work, family work or nursing.</p>

      <p>Do you want to be part of a dynamic, passionate and nationally recognised Mental Health Support Team? We are seeking candidates who are motivated in ensuring a high-quality early intervention work is provided for children, young people and families across Leeds.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to work within the MindMate Support Team (MMST) who aspire to improve mental health and wellbeing across the city. Having gained further funding to expand the team, we are looking to recruit a number of Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioners (TEMHPs). ). These positions within the Team will be Development Posts and subject to completion and passing of your training period, as agreed through your current University. After successful completion you will progress to Pay Band 5. This has been driven from the Green Paper (2017) to transform Young Peoples Mental Health by focussing on early intervention.</p><p>Candidates will be offered a Health Education England (HEE) funded place to train at the University of Sheffield, in delivering Low Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (LI- CBT) evidence-based early interventions, and Whole Setting Approach initiatives (WSA) within education settings. Candidates will work within a clinical team to ensure mild to moderate mental health and emotion wellbeing support is provided.</p><p>Candidates will also work closely with education settings in the form of assemblies, workshops, groups and staff training, supporting with their WSA' to Mental Health.</p><p>Candidates will work within a clinical team to manage their own workload independently, with supervisor support within the clinical area. They will support the assessment of children &amp; young people (CYP) and implementation of programmes of care ensuring that they practice within their sphere of competence &amp; knowledge.</p><p>Candidates under supervision and with support, will develop knowledge &amp; practice skills in delivering evidence-based intervention for CYP in education setting with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. Helping CYP within the settings who present with more severe problems to access more specialist services.</p><p>Candidates will support/facilitate staff in education settings to identify, and where appropriate, manage issues related to mental health &amp; wellbeing.
