Senior Psychological Therapist - CAMHS Strategy & Team Lead

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Senior Psychological Therapist to provide leadership to the psychological therapists on the NCEL CAMHS Home Treatment Team pathway. You will work with the senior leadership team to influence strategic direction and promote psychologically informed care.

The role involves delivering direct therapeutic interventions, supervising staff, contributing to training and quality improvement, and collaborating with partner agencies across BEH CAMHS
