Dueto the current postholderhaving secureda place onaDClincourse,wehaveavery excitingopportunityfor a Senior Assistant Psychologistto joinour Adult Eating Disorders teamworkinginourearly intervention FREED Pathway.
The role will be split between St Marks Hospital in Maidenhead andErleghHouse in Reading where you will work closely with a dynamic team to provide a countywide service to people with eating disorders. You mightbe requiredto complete visits in the community.
In the role youwill beengagingprimarilywithpeople aged 16-25who are eligible for the FREED pathway toofferearly assessments and treatments, although you were also work with people across all ages as part of our wider team.
The working pattern for the role is 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday with some room for home working.
- Supportingtherunningand monitoringof the FREED(First episode and Rapid Early intervention service forEating Disorders)pathway
- Providing assessments for new referrals to theBerkshire Eating Disorders Service
- Participatingin, supporting,assessingand deliveringinterventions to patients in the FREED pathway of the service
- Contributingto the formulation and delivery of care plans involving psychological treatment and/or management of client's mental health problems under supervision
- Carrying out routine outcome assessment of clients within the Berkshire Eating Disorders Service, includingadministrationand scoring of questionnaire measures and the preparation of reports

The "must haves" for this role:
- • Anhonours degree or higher in Psychology BPS accredited
- • Previousexperience working as an Assistant Psychologist
- • Experience working withEating Disorders
- • Full of ideas and passion for delivering excellent care
