			<p>If you’re an Associate Specialist looking for a new opportunity to join a friendly multidisciplinary team in an established secure service setting delivering&nbsp;high-quality clinical service to people with complex mental health conditions across the medium and low secure service.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Working part time 18.75 hours a week alongside the unit's multidisciplinary team, including the Consultant, to ensure that service users receive a holistic and person-centric treatment programme based on the recovery model.</p>

<p>As an Associate Specialist, you will ensure the high quality first-line medical care of our inpatients, liaise effectively with external professionals and carers, provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers’ and Tribunal hearings, work towards safe discharges including preparing discharge summaries, reports and other necessary documentation and be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park Hospital</p>
<p>This established service looks to continually innovate, improve and deliver excellent care for its service users, has an active programme of education and research and provides significant developmental opportunities for its staff.</p>
<p>There are currently four other Associate Specialists working in the service. There is no formal on-call commitment attached to the role, but there are opportunities to join the on-call rota through a locum agency which provides on-call services for the hospital.</p>

Our service users, many of whom have forensic histories, require long-term treatment and rehabilitation and present with multiple problems, challenging and high-risk behaviour and complex care needs. In addition to the mental health wards, Thornford Park has a 14-bedded low secure service for male patients with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, commissioned by NHS England, a medium/low secure service for females with a Learning Disability, and a medium secure service for males with Learning Disability.&nbsp; We also have two Psychiatric Intensive Care Units, one for males and one for females, providing holistic assessment and treatment for individuals experiencing crisis.</p>
<p><strong>As the Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, you will be:</strong></p>

    <li>Autonomous in managing your own caseload, which will involve working with complex service-users.</li>

  <p>The Berkshire Wellness Hub (BWH) delivers advice and support to individuals experiencing situational problems and/or mental health difficulties across Berkshire. We are primarily a web-based and telephone support service for patients with a variety of mental health related presentations, with dedicated provision for weekly virtual and face to face contacts in all Berkshire localities. This post will predominantly cover the West Berkshire area for drop-in support and we offer hybrid working to facilitate support.</p>
<p>The team will use the Elemental platform to manage support plans for clients, connecting them to appropriate bodies including housing support, financial support, social support and VCSE organisations in order to:</p>

<li>Facilitate appropriate self-management</li>
<li>Support recovery</li>
<li>Facilitate timely intervention to prevent crisis escalation &amp; potential need for secondary care mental health.</li>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will work closely with experienced BWH leads and Mental Health Practitioners in the Common Point of Entry (CPE) service to develop appropriate individual plans for signposting to other agencies, where applicable. They may also be responsible for offering some follow up sessions to clients, to support engagement in the plan/s identified in their initial session.</p>
<p>They will contribute towards developing and maintaining the close working relationships with other statutory and non-statutory agencies within Berkshire. With the support of the wider CPE Leadership Team these roles will embed the "helping you help yourself" ethos for all our clients and carers.</p>
<p>The service will operate from 8am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am-5pm on Fridays, excluding bank holidays. The post holder will be expected to cover 1-2 later shifts per week to cover service hours.</p>
<p>BWH staff will be given operational and line management supervision by senior members of the BWH team, with further clear escalation routes to CPE Leads. There are ample other in-site learning opportunities such as BHFT training packages, peer supervisions and comprehensive individually tailored induction programme.</p>

  <p><strong>We're looking to recruit a Senior Peer Support Worker to join our team to support other Peer Support Workers, team members and service users.</strong></p>
<p><em><strong>This vacancy is open to existing Oxford Health Peer Support Workers and people with experience of working in a peer support role in another organisation.</strong></em></p>
<p>Peer Support Workers (PSW's) are people who have their own lived experience of mental health challenges. They use empathy informed by their own experiences to support service users who are accessing mental health services and their families.</p>
<p>This part time vacancy is for a position within our new South Oxfordshire Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT). You will be based at the Wantage Keystone hub and covering the Didcot area.</p>
<p>PCMHTs are comprised of professionals from health and social care including mental health professionals from the NHS, the third-sector and people who have experienced mental health challenges themselves.</p>
<p>Each PCMHT has one or more Keystone Hubs - developed to provide more specialist care at local level via their GP surgery, and improved communication between GPs and mental health services and form a core of the strengthening of community mental health services in Oxfordshire.</p>
<p>Oxford Health offer the Peer Support Training programme as a nationally recognised accredited Level 3 Apprenticeship (fully funded by Oxford Health) this is completed over a period of 15-19 months depending on whether a Peer Support Worker works part time or full time (22.5-37.5 hours).</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Senior Peer Support Worker will be responsible for supporting the current PSWs to successfully embed the role within the clinical area, to support with their caseloads and to offer mentoring around using their lived experience to support others. This is in addition to, providing support with individual service users and leading or co-leading groups.</p>

<li>Drawing on lived experience of mental health to provide emotional and practical support to an allocated group of service users to promote their recovery.</li>

  <p>The SwindonTalking Therapies Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and qualified High Intensity Therapist to join our dynamic and expanding service to help manage the increasing demand for Step 3 CBT.</p> <p>We currently operate a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be based in Swindon combined with opportunities for remote working from home.</p> <p>You will enjoy the benefits of working in AWP,an NHS Trust that is committed to developing highly skilled workforce and actively encourages professional development opportunities.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>You will provide a qualified specialist psychological therapy service for anxiety and depression to clients from the NHS Talking Therapies service. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, using the therapy model specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.</li>
<li>You will also provide professional and clinical supervision to other members of the team.</li>
<li>You will need to hold the NHS Talking Therapies High Intensity CBT Postgraduate Diploma and be accredited with the BABCP.</li>
<li>You will be joining the service at an exciting time with expansion across all areas which will open up excellent development opportunities.</li>
<li>You will receive regular supervision and an extensive programme of CPD opportunities to ensure your continued learning and development.</li>
</ul>
