RMN: Community Mental Health Nurse, Assertive Outreach

Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the Psychosis Team on the Assertive Outreach Pathway as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse.

You will provide high quality nursing care, assessment and treatment across the assertive outreach pathway, working closely with partners in other agencies and delivering a comprehensive community service to people with mental ill health.
