The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care within an acute hospital setting and supporting NHS patients to be repatriated locally where possible.
You will work as part of a compassionate MDT, completing assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation, while ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout the patient journey.
