- Offer post-diagnostic support and implement problem-solving strategies for patients and their carers.
- Liaise with allied professionals and refer patients to pertinent support services for continued management and support.
- Work closely with the Alzheimer's Society to facilitate ongoing research participation and community resource connection for patients.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse is essential.
- Current NMC Registration.
- Ability to work 9-5 on Fridays consistently, with flexibility for two other days among Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
