Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner - Impactful NHS Role

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to work within its community and inpatient pathways across Greater Manchester, including Salford.

The post holder will deliver psychologically informed interventions under supervision, contribute to collaborative care planning, and support service users to achieve recovery goals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
