Mental Health Recovery Support Worker - Flexible Shifts

Lifeways is seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers for the Enhanced Community Recovery service in Scunthorpe. You will work with clients to promote independence, build confidence and support their ongoing recovery journey in a person-centered way.

We value compassionate, reliable team players who can communicate clearly and adapt to a rota including early, late, and sleep-in shifts. Prior experience in mental health is essential.
