Lifeways are recruiting Mental Health Support Workers for our Enhanced Community Recovery service in Barnsley. You will work with clients to promote independence, build confidence, and support their recovery journey in a person-centred approach.
The role involves flexible shift patterns (early, late, sleep-in) on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday, with a focus on compassionate, recovery-focused care and strong teamwork within our Lifeways group.
