Mental Health Recovery Support Worker (Bank & Nights)

Compassionate Care Group Ltd is seeking Recovery Support Workers to join our Mental Health Intermediate Care service, supporting adults in time-limited placements to de-escalate crisis and enhance recovery.

You'll be part of a small, dedicated team providing compassionate, hands-on support in a calm environment, helping individuals regain independence and confidence while working with the Home Based Treatment Team and other professionals.
