In this Mental Health Nurse role you will:- Assess and develop person-centred care plans
- Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
- Provide therapeutic interventions and effectively manage crises
- Build good relationships with residents and their families
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
- Positive role model and have a focus on patient-centred care.
