Lead Home-Based Mental Health Nurse

Nurseline Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, seeks an RMN to lead compassionate, person-centered mental health care at home. You will guide a team, assess plans, and ensure ethical, high-quality support for individuals with complex needs and behavior that challenges.

Applicants should be an RMN with active NMC registration, a year of home-based/community experience, and a driving license. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are offered to meet package needs.
