NSFT is seeking an experienced principal clinical psychologist to lead transformation across IRS, CRHT and NHS 111 mental health services. You will provide expert clinical leadership in triage, formulation, risk assessment and crisis decision-making, and support multidisciplinary teams through supervision and training.
You will champion trauma-informed and psychologically informed care, lead service improvement and work across organizational boundaries to improve access, safety and outcomes for
